His down to earth honesty and his the way he opens himself to the fans makes him the next big thing in Montreal. I have been a Habs fan since my 1st game at the forum in the late 70s and never have I experienced a player like him. He understand the pressure and expectations on him and if anything thrives in it. We have not seen the full potential of this young man. And I am not only talking about his stats.

@beerdo not as a 20 year old kid taking care of his 15 year old sister. By himself, ya 25 year olds when they are established and normally have a girlfriend or a wife. Even 20 year Olds normally have there parents around. Slafkovsky is doing it by himself.

I remember relatively soon last year I dared and predict that Juraj Slafkovsky might just be the next Marian Hossa... I was humiliated and had TONS of fingers pointed at me from people just laughing out LOUD!
