They don't play anything from pre suicide season. Only song you'll hear off that album is Chelsea Smile. They've been trying to make this transition for a while. Bands have to adapt and develop. They don't even have two guitarists anymore. It would be impossible for them to pull off anything off of CYB.
Cant judge a performance from a youtube video. It's not the same as seeing it live when its so loud and so much crowd interaction going on. Ive seen then a few times and the only time i thought it was a bad performance is when I've seen internet videos. Lack of mixing and lack of the fact of not being there maybe. Videos will never do it justice

They have the same musicians that played on the album to tour with them most of them time, however they do also have their own bands so when they can't tour they have replacement musicians. Just like any band each member has a role, they don't have to be able to do everything by themselves
Been checking out all the other performances of the songs they did at this festival and they were having a SERIOUS sound problem. I probably wouldve fired whoever the hell was working sound that night cause wtf? Made them sound terrible. It's not really Oli, though there could've been something wrong with him that night. But like i can tell his vocal volume was NOT turned up loud enough. Either that or everybody elses volumes were turned up way too loud and overpowered.
+MusicFish217 sorry to break it man but the new songs are so heavily computer edited that it doesn't even represent oli's actual voice. he's never been good at singing, so unless you wanna hear some really shitty vocals you're going to have to do deal with the obnoxiously loud playback.
Their performance at Wembley was a whole lot better than this so idk what happened. Their music is still pretty good in my opinion. But i guess I'll just try to avoid seeing them live from now on so I don't waste my money Lol Kinda hit n miss with Oli. But the sound tech here really was crap from what I could tell.

this mix is horrible. drums sound like they have rock band microphones recording them. guitar is almost completely drowned out. the smoke and stuff dillutes the whole mix, and you cant hear the bass at all. amazing band live but horrible mix. i always hate reading festival videos, but i had hopes for this since it was 2015 and it was a mainstream band
Instraments: 8/10 (no solos rip) Vocals: 4/10 kinda ruined it a bit Also i feel bad for lee, he hasnt had a solo since 2011, and i feel bad for matt you could never here his bass. But over all instruments are awesome live
