The Fairly OddParents is Nickelodeon animated cartoon that ran from March 30, 2001 - July 26, 2017. It is about a boy named Timmy Turner (Tara Strong) who has had enough of his evil babysitter, Vicky (Grey DeLisle) and grants fairy godparents, Wanda Venus Fairywinkle-Cosmas (Susanne Blakeslee) and Cosmo Julius Cosma (Daran Norris) who can grant him any wish. Sometimes his wishes come true, but other times it doesn’t go as planned.

It's so funny when they show Timmy's back hair and I like the ending where Francis cuts himself badly trying to shave and I bet he was bleeding lol .
