More people need to hear this. Imposter syndrome is very common and we don't even realise when we're allowing it to happen. I've had this internal battle of calling myself a chef ever since I opened my own home business (even though I make all kinds of food and studied for it). Every time I heard someone call me chef, I would flinch because it felt wrong but then I had to step back and realise... I am. This is what I do and it's ok to say that with your chest. Do people want to hire someone who can't even admit that they are qualified for the task? No. Say it out loud

This is such a big thing for me right now. I’ve been away from acting for 6 years because of the pandemic and some personal issues and even though the doubts are there I still say I’m an actor and an artist! We have to claim it. No one else will claim it for us if WE don’t. This is HUGE topic! I’d love to here more about it! Being timid won’t get us ANYWHWERE…. I’ve experienced this and it makes you feel resentful towards yourself… Like what am I playing small for? Love the videos. Keep them coming! 🫶
