The most realistic one is Annie. She has her nose, which is considered a "flaw" from perfection. But that makes her look unique and like Annie. The rest are good but some look too similar: full lips, small noses, eyebrow shape etc. It's probably Al generated so it understandable.

That's because it's not a fan cast, the guy used an AI ( artbreeder ) to go from drawing to lifelike resemblance. Hence the quality.

yup, CG 3D facial model and CG voices are already a reality. Match the most attractive face with the most attractive voice. But the movement etc. still requires motion capture. It's possible in the future everything could be completely CG.
