- The Supreme Court ruled that former President Donald Trump has some immunity from prosecution in his federal election interference case. Legal analyst Barbara McQuade joins #MorningJoe to discusses the implications, noting the differing views on presidential power between the majority and dissenting opinions and emphasizing the importance of “voting for candidates with good character”:

Question? With their ruling, hasn't the Supreme Court nullified the 25 Amendment section 4. The Supreme Court cannot change a Constitutional Amendment. The change has to be voted on by the people in each state, and 2/3rds of the states have to agree before an amendment can be changed with a new amendment. At least that's what I learned in government class in high school. I know that's how the prohibition of alcoholic beverages was overturned. The Supreme Court has gone beyond their authority!!!!!!!
