  • In this episode, Patti Tutalo and Pam Kern will discuss the topic of reporting mechanisms for sexual assault, bullying and harassment in a conversation moderated by Eva Lianne Veldkamp.
Patti will explain why it is important to remove any obstacles that may prevent people from using a reporting mechanism. Pam will share her expertise and experience as a trauma psychotherapist and provide us with insights to understand why victims often do not report. Hmm...Interesting, you only address Americans.? Equal or more of the bullying and harassment I personally witnessed was foreign seafarers. Officers mostly. Several Ukraine and African Bridge officers.
