He said switching one of his clients to your service resulted in a 25% increase in opened emails. I'm a complete newbie without even one contact yet, so I guess I'll sign up for the $9.95 Plan but I would like to know if A/B Testing is available at that level, obviously I'll need to build my list first, but being able to test is important to me. So in the $9.95 Plan can I do Split Testing?

It's really not that complicated... you can set up an "in-house" email system that is reliable in a few days
Sendgrid doesnt welcome startups and individual developers. No point trying them. Better look for alternates.
