It's wild to hear Marina say she doesn't think TNG is going to be as remembered as TOS. 32 years after this interview was conducted and Star Trek: The Next Generation is even more popular now than it ever was. It definitely surpassed TOS's popularity and went on to become the most-loved Star Trek series.
This is from 1992, not 86. He says so right at the beginning of the show. Even if he hadn't done so, Frakes has a beard, there's footage from Yesterday's Enterprise, and they talk about Gene Roddenberry's death(1991). Was the description deliberately misleading as clickbait or was it an honest mistake?
Here because Sir Patrick said he didn't like this segment
Why wasn't he interviewed?
He should have been there

Charlie Gibson standing in Picard's ready room, talking about primary elections 32 years ago...youtube is a hell of a drug.
14:15 - sorry Marina! You WILL still keep on making films in 25 years time (from 1986)
RIP All souls lost at Utopia Planitia.
I find it funny when actors don't know what to say in an interview.
27:30 Frakes death stare at Brent!

This was an honest mistake (and a big one!), thanks for pointing it out! Just corrected it.
Where was Patrick Stewart? Why wasn't he interviewed?
He stormed off in a rage when he saw the weather man wearing his uniform. True story.
