There are probably a dozen bustlefly at night everyday, only the ones attacking bullquet that's 24/7. It helps with insight boosting, and i suspect a future update would require the maskwing essence which is unlocked at 18k insight. Another tip with bug catching: jump then right click when you are about to catch the bugs with the magnifier symbol. Bugcatching has an animation delay when done at standstill which is annoying. Jumping seems to not have that and nikki could immediately move after a swing from a jump.
at 03:17 you can see all bling mosnters locations - both fixed and random spawns and build your own route! i didnt want to suggest a route for it because i feel like it depends on how much time you have, which regions you prefer and so on. But i can try making one too if its going to be helpful!

great tips! you can also attack or dash to cancel the bug-catching animation too which helps save a lot of time!
