5:50 the thing you need to look for on the 1971-D Eisenhower dollars is the "Friendly Eagle" reverse. Most eagles will have sort of an eyebrow that makes them look fierce, but the friendly eagle will be missing that feature.
Back on the Ikes! the canvas bag is strange, especially considering the condition of the coins. it could be a really old bag thats been sitting around since 1979 or later. Glad to see you've got some more eisenhowers! still havent had any luck still
Yes, I got the call & she mentioned it was not traditionally plastic bagged but it came from the same source - central processing facility that sources from Federal Reserve bank somewhere in LA so I was giddy! What you saw in this video is basically all I went through! Probably going to work on pt.2 tonight and try to drop It in the next week or less! Hope to find some amazing things, I’ll really be taking my time with this one as I don’t think I will get more after this it was such a strange call 🤣☃️🎄
@@coinrollking thats good to hear, funny thing is last week i talked to someone who used to work at the LA Fed and told me he used to see ikes every once in a while. back in the late 90s. what a great find tho. Merry Christmas btw!
