Pretty much the bad guys (dead ones) did human trafficking where they either did child labor, or sold body parts. Well they kidnapped and sold the main guy's neighbor who was a small little girl. They made a deal to give her back but the bad guys "broke" that deal and showed him what was suppose to be the little girl's eyeball. The "Man From Nowhere" got pissed and killed them. He was "from nowhere" because he was Black Ops, "Rocky Handsome" is a remake of this Korean movie.
His response was to ask the gangstas if they had any gold fillings in their teeth, he's a pawn shop owner and he said that he will take their fillings and chew through the rest...
