Been making several more attempt and making sure to start with Colossus, despite drawing 3 cards every single turn of Age 3 and getting up to 190+ strenght 2 wars is just not enough. And I can't seem to draw more, need to get lucky to win this it seems. And get Politics of Strenght etc. I ended my game with someting like 20 stone production, 8 colonies, still full yellow bank with Ocean Liner, 190+ strenght. But still not even close gettign 3rd place. Some wonders that seem nessecary: Colossus (to draw wars),Ocean Liner (with the longer game it's gonna give you all the population you need). Ideally you'd also want: Great Wall and Suez Canal (Colossus will help a bit with colonization, if you can make sure all other players have terrible yellow banks they will get stuck).
Yea, you definitely need to get a little bit lucky in this challenge. I had to try several times as well to win it. After winning this challenge with wars I tried to win it with culture production without any Culture Wars. Took me something like 20 attempts but then I finally did it. Ended up with 4 Age 4 wonders and like 50 culture production. Definitely one of the hardest bit also most fun challenges in the game.
I won that one twice. Once with 15 domination and just now with 62 domination (700 final culture) with 2 wars still in my hand and a Population event giving 45 points. You need to go 100% into wonders and armies and get lucky with the War Draws. I had 140 Army Points. Once I got 187 army points, but got no wars .. :C
Really need to build Colossus for this one. You will need to play minimum 3 wars on culture/hybrid to win, gotta hope to get the age 3 tactic and first war with colossus so you can attack the weakest one while setting up air forces with the new tactic.
There was a bug causing AI becoming stupid and skipping their whole action phases when you finish building 10th wonder. And things become normal when an age passes or 12th wonder is built.
No, not yet. I tried once on a twitch stream again, but wasn't able to win there either. Might be time to revisit that. If I ever beat it on stream, I will proudly post it on RUclips as well ;)

Danke für die netten Worte. Ich habe tatsächlich länger keine Challenges mehr gepostet, wäre villeicht mal wieder Zeit. Und die letzte Wunder-Challenge habe ich auch noch nicht erfolgreich vollendet, wäre auf jeden fall ein gute Kandidat :)

Just finished a game of this... drew a singel War and it was Hybrid... this despite getting the event that draws 5 extra cards and drawing the regular 3 a turn =(
Was surprised to see you havent finished the campaign yet. I did manage to beat the campaign last month. You do have the right idea for beating it. On my winning run I played a war on territory with napoleon giving me a nice boost in age 2. (This made one a.i suffer so was open to aggressions- and consequently not needing to go to war with this one). Then a war over culture and a hybrid war on the other 2 a.i.s was enough. Ended age just to early. If I had a chance to play another war I would have smashed it. Thanks for listening
Thanks, I have finished most of the challenges but saved some for my videos so I am not complete yet. Yea, I think the best way to beat this challenge is like you said with wars. But you need to build up crazy strength and draw the right wars early.
More multiplayer games will definitly be coming. Challenges are really easy to record so this video is basically just a bonus video because I had some free time. I am sorting out some issues with my PC atm but I should be able to start some streams very soon hopefully.

@@DJParson I think the high level 2 player games are great because they are a good blend of length (not too long) while still having the opportunity to see both your and your opponent's turn, and still being able to hear your analysis of both your turn and the other options you didn't take and why, and also your analysis of your opponent's turn (and alternative options he could take which you think would be better).
Yea, analysing the opponent is most important in 2 player games. That's why I personally like those games the most as well. I think after the International Championship I will be recording some more World Championship 1vs1 games again.

Going for the COlony game will also help drawing wars if you can win Strategic Territory.
Manhattan Project is also super important as it's gonna be worth 50+ points in a war game.

I finish this challenge with two wars played yesterday. But Colossus is indeed a very good choice in this challenge.

So apparently there is some bug with the AI in this challenge making it possible to scroe 2500-3000 points... lol

Colossus is basically mandatory as drawing as many Age III Events will determine if you can win or not.
