Have to trade the manuscript to Trisassant (Old Sharlayan) for the Elevated Ester, then trade the weapon + ester to Khaldeen (Radz-at-Han). I think the menu doesn't even appear until after you clear, so no way to view the weapons in-game without clearing, which is rather lame IMO.
Pretty much what phrekyos said you can exchange the book for the elevated ester ( 1 book = 1 elevated ester) and you can upgrade the weapon at the same npc you get the normal tome weapon in Radz-at-Han

@FELIXable when you clear you get a manuscript, but I'm not sure exactly how many you need to turn in for a 665 tone weapon

How is it you have 97 minutes for savage? I thought you only got 40 minutes.
Savage instance is 2h until you get kicked out / enrage of the criterion is under that when you pull the 1st trash
