I would like to have this macro run while a solidworks part is open. I'm getting a run-time error because the part is open (solidworks has it open) while PDM is trying to check it in....any thoughts?
You need to remove the solidworks system lock on the file, check it in and relock the file. Post your question over on cadoverflow.com and I will answer it. Aslo if you subscribe to our newsletter, you get a 100% off on our SOLIDWORKS PDM API course on Udemy.
