Great content as always! Just one small suggestion: @2:50, when you talked about speed vs value, both arrows go downwards but they mean something different. The speed arrow explains that up is faster (better), and down is slow(worse). However, the value arrow means that up is low value (worse) and down is high value (better). On the other side, it is really easy to understand it when we hear your explanation. Once more, thank you so much for these videos!

Good call! I should either change `speed` to `time` or reverse the arrow.
small clarification (speed as inverse of time) @1:50... for the first arrow down, time needed for tests increases (but speed diminishes)
