I remember doing something like this with Oli last year where I would ask her all kinds of questions! She is growing up to be a wonderful older sister and a great friend/daughter to have. She's a super
silly and funny girl, and I wanted to capture that in video. ❤️

“I love you my older self. You’re my own ate.” 🥺💛 I have always been amazed by Oli’s kindness and wisdom. This statement was so beautiful coming from an eldest child. Indeed, even though we are the Ates to our younger siblings, and don’t have an Ate of our own, our older selves will be our own Ate. We have her to look up to and be inspired by. At the same time now that we’re older, we have our younger selves as our “younger sibling” that we can look back on and remind ourselves how we love that little child and how we want to make her proud 💙
This is such a beautiful activity for children to do 🥺 I can imagine Oli watching this when she’s older and it would be so meaningful 🥰

She just simply knows what she wants and what makes her happy. How I wish at some point I can be a child like again knowing what makes me happy...however though I can relate when she was asked about what is the meaning of life...sometimes, yeah “I don’t get it” 😂😂😂😂
