Actually a really good illustration on how our gut feeling truly works. From the getgo they understood something was off but they didn't pursue it obviously because it's just weird how someone would be in there. Throughout the whole thing they were off because of that bear. I just wanna say, all companies (the big ones included) have done more or less the same as Cube but I don't understand why they never get this kinda same energy. Like in almost every Cube artists RUclips video that literally showing how talented they are, there are always at least one "negative comment" about the company with lots of likes. I just wanna say, people should appreciate the videos just the way it is by not dragging other stuff. Cube did make some bad decisions but doesn't mean they never make good ones. So, even though I still have dislikes with some of their decision, I also know they're the first agency who make ecosystem for their artists to produce their own songs. The first agency I know who put producing songs in their training curriculum, proceed giving the artists mini studio (at least there are 2 floors full of their artists studio, and 1 floor of trainee studio), freedom to create, democratize the system to conceptualize and pick songs included in the album, they don't force schedule to their artists where to some extent they can decline or accept, the working environment is cozy enough artists could voice out and pitch their ideas to the management. Staff like manager even higher ups could be fired because they don't treat the artists well. Artists from different groups and even different fields (like singers, actors, comedian) know each other they do activities together, last time Moon Suin is creating a basketball club Once again, their training system is so good the artists are known to be the top of live singing vocals, mostly do live singing, good at variety shows, have good teamwork, and most importantly genuine and humble among broadcasting staff. I don't really see what company my faves are in anymore, yeah Cube still lacks a lot in their marketing effort, but rather than spitting hate left and right, if I like the artists then I'll just keep supporting them and keep giving some advice like Please release performance video of The Game by Pentagon 🙏😂.
And I know these will never get any attention because of the prejudice, but Soyeon is praising Cube in her individual latest vlive due to the fact that Cube has no prejudice to her as a rookie producer. Kino also has individual interview where he said liking being in Cube because the company values and supportive of his and his team artistry.
