Hehe if you think Tyler has awkward dance moves, you need to check out his sweet moves on the “Guns for Hands” video!
Lmao
those were cringy moves tbh
Or heavydirtysoul behind the scenes
@@khodorgaz7720 HEY! were they cringey? hell yeah. do i still live for those little dance moves? hell yeah
The director is Mark Eshelman. His company is Reel Bear Media. Mark has been with the band since day 1. He in in charge of a lot of their creatives. Super talented guy.
Yeah I saw he did the ode to sleep video and that’s such a crazy concept
So early the title is literally "ride sessions"
Lmao
when you're there before the title is finished
So excited every time I see you do another TØP reaction or breakdown.
Same
I remember someone told me this back when this first came out. The guy taped his headphones to his head cuz he has a habit of nodding his head so much to the beat that it flies off. Lol
Neil Z. I was looking for someone to explain that to me I couldn’t think about anything else, gonna start again now I know, thank you! That’s pretty funny though that he does that! 😂
It's not that he nods his head. It's that he plays so aggressively. I've seen them come off from a snare hit. His name is Darren King but to me those initials have always stood for Donkey Kong because he BEATS those drums.
@@cddude lol i couldnt think of another word besides "nodding". I was gon say head banging but that aint sound right to me.
Neil Z. 😂😂😂
Mutemath is a pretty dope band, I think you’d like them. The song “Reset” is incredible live. And the entire album “Odd Soul” is great front to back.
Tyler dancing like nobody's watching 😍
CAN WE TALK ABOUT LITTLE MS. ROSIE😍 she has Jenna’s eyes and Tyler’s hair and she is adorable!!
I had the same love/hate relationship with ride in the beginning, and now it’s my favorite song from Blurryface
Ride and stressed out lol
That’s like me but for Jumpsuit. Jumpsuit live is one of their best songs to hear in person. It gets the people going lol
that reference to non-
stop is so perfect.
i love how it sounds so natural, like it could be a song on the actual album. and i never even realised that it wasn't tyler singing the falsetto in the bridge haha
The end of Non stop is one of the best musical moments I’ve ever heard
Chris It’s crazy how his high note sounds exactly like Tyler’s voice, when these sessions first dropped I had to rewatch (I was dancing the first few times lol) to notice it wasn’t Tyler
@@celeste1737ikr? I've only really listened to the mm session songs on spotify so i honestly thought it WAS tyler haha
I can’t wait for you to hear the tear in my heart session. I think it’s underrated
The suite life of Zeke and Kobe it’s so groovy - love it in the sessions.
Jolie Bellet it really is, and Tyler’s dance moves are great 😂
The Mutemath drummer is Darren King. He is awesome and tends to get so into the music that he headbangs his headphones off...so he tapes them to his head! My favorite by them is "Used To"
Devin have you listened to all their stuff? So many songs better than Used To in my opinion
@@cddude definitely not all of it but a considerable amount! Used To just happens to be the first one I heard and my personal favorite
You have the most purest reactions. Definitely my favorite and only reactor I watch anymore ♡
LayedBakDFR, thethirdbill and Brad Taste have made some very good reactions too.
The last one reacted to all their albums and left some negative reviews, and I don't fully agree eith him but he's got a point, and the reactions are really funny.
Thank you that means a lot!
Fun fact “ride” was originally gonna be called “rhyme” but then tylers wife Jenna accidentally called it ride when Tyler was first writing and demoing it. He corrected her but she still said no it’s ride and he decided to change it.
Why would he be taking his time on his rhyme though
@@XxdearbhlaxX not sure, Tyler said it in an interview though so. Maybe he was just making it up 🤷🏾♀️
Actually Paul Meany (Lead singer and keyboardist of Mutemath) does continue to collaborate with them. He co produced Trench which was released 2 years after this project and he co wrote half the songs with Tyler. While Trench is very much Tyler's vision, Paul was a major part of it's development and help to making it the final product it is.
I LOVE their interaction; the two groups get each other... would love to see more working together on a future release.
Dude i love how every single person just has their eyes closed, just feeling the music. I really hope one day in the future, these two bands come together again and make some magic another time.
Already the fun reaction to Tylers dance moves in this session, while knowing about the amazing moves that are in the tear in my heart session. 😂 Great video as usual btw! 😉
Can't wait for you to do a reaction trilogy of - Jumpsuit + NATN + Levitate
Same! They will be the next top songs I do
Definitely get on the MUTEMATH train.
Even if the train stopped. :/
@@JayD06 did it? Seen them still releasing stuff, or was there band member changes?
@@w4it It's now just the solo project of Paul Meany, sadly. Meany is amazing on his own, but the band as a whole were on a-whole-nother level.
TheDuffyLONER64 Paul Meany also wrote a majority of blurry face with Tyler and continues to help Tyler write stuff with Tøp
@@nathanholloman6321 Really? I thought he only helped out with Trench and Level of Concern.
Im restraining myself from watching the other songs so I can watch with you, but this 1 song a day stuff is making it difficult 😂
Lmaooo I’m outta town so gotta spread them out lol
If you like this session then you're gonna love Trench, Paul Meany (Mutemath lead singer) co-produced it with Tyler.
The boys played this live with Mutemath at the 2017 HangOut Festival TØP Headlined and it was amazing, they also added a mindblowing drum battle at the end of Ride.
Legit had anxiety cause this dropped during work... watching now on lunch break vs going to pick up food, priorities ya know 😌
Mutemath and T.O.P. are some of my favorite bands, appreciate all the love towards them both.
The really fun part about being a fan when this was first released was that they didn't tell you what songs they were going to be playing in this session and they didn't enter the titles on screen until after the lyrics started. It was like a fun guessing game and I was shocked by each song because they sounded so different.
Ernest get out of my head. I feel the same way about this song I like it,
it’s really good but just makes me feel like I’m babysitting my nieces haha😂
Tyler and Jenna just had a baby girl named Rosie! Great timing putting this out today.
Paul Meany of Mutemath is one of the producers on the TØP Trench album.
Darrin King, the drummer who tapped the headphones to his head... is a BOSS on the drums. He gets so into it, he HAS to tape them down so they don’t fly off.
Those two songs + heathens actually made me want to listen to more from them. Actually made me a fan.
I love that these twenty one pilots mutemath sessions are on Spotify and I’m sure Apple Music too because it would of been so sad to only be able to listen to them on RUclips. Literally each session is a masterpiece, it blows my mind that I’ve heard all these songs before and they recreated them into something so amazing. Geniuses!!!!
You can totally feel their vibe in this "jam session" ❤️
Speaking of coming together with MuteMath forming one band, Paul Meany, the lead singer of MuteMath, has helped write Twenty One Pilots songs with Tyler. For example, Chlorine he helped write/produce.
Thank you for these reactions, I thoroughly enjoy your commentary!
I literally had the exact same feeling onto Ride and Stressed Out for the first time, it's way too overplayed and made me lazy to check more of their stuff. But when they published Trench, I knew I missed a whole fricking plot of story, so I started to listen to Blurryface and Vessel and now I regret why didn't I check their other stuff that time lmaoo.
Last week, I was going to ask you to react to TOP !
... and I've never heard these sessions before !
Well they are amazing! Lol
I became a TØP fan through the TØPxMM sessions. You should do the opposite and become a MM fan, Ernest. 😁 You won’t be disappointed.
WOOOO I WAS WAITING FOR THIS!!!
Loving these! I honestly keep forgetting how good this session is.
For just 2 dudes they are beyond talented!
Mutemath is also incredible! You shout take at look at them.
I KNEW YOU WOULD LOVE THIS SESSION!!! Such an Awesome breakdown! You’re able to catch so much!
Tyler Joseph is officially a father as of February 9th and his daughter Rosie is the cutest baby I’ve ever seen.
Dropping this next one earlier than I expected, I'm not complaining though 😁
ride is my favorite from the mutemath sessions!!! Ride was never one of my favorites but this version 100% changed that!!!!
#TheThirdErnest Ride is my save me song, its saved me alot. The lyrics 'iv been thinking too much help me' hits me hard every single time, and yes i cried both times i saw them play Ride live ❤
Watching this makes me miss jam sessions like crazy. I had to move from Dallas to Houston for work and don't have any musicians to jam with down here .... and of course covid on top of all of that. Sucks
My dude, you made my LIFE when you referenced Hamilton, haha 🙌🏼 but also I love the variety of insights you have-about the music, the lyrics, the videography-it’s so cool how much you bring to the table. I super appreciate how much it seems like you genuinely care about all of it. Keep up the good work; you’ve got a subscriber in me :)
Hahaha I’m a Hamilton freak lmao but the end of non stop is one of the best things I’ve ever hearddddd. Thanks for subbing!
I'm so excited for the next video!!!!!!!!
Yesss! Non-stop is sooo good!
Literally get chills at the end of the song!
The tape thing at the begining reminds me of the TOP guns for hands music video, which you should really do a video for your next TOP video after this sessions series is done.
Funny fact: Mutemath's drummer - Darren King, did a song with Mike Shinoda called HOLD IT TOGETHER.
Edit: OF COURSE, I LIKE IT
Tyler and Jenna had their baby today!
Congrats Tyler and Jenna on their beautiful baby girl Rosie
BUT ALSO IM SOBBING STILL WTF THAT BABY IS PERFECTION
You gotta check out Mutemath!
so jealous of you getting to hear these masterpieces for the first time
keep up the good work bro 🔥😤😤
I hadn't heard of mutemath either, but I'm definitely going to check them out now. I also really hope that guy who taped the headphones to his head had something between the adhesive and his beard, otherwise....owwww.
rjtumble Daren King is wild! He toured with Scarypoolparty, and they were fabulous together!
Nope. Nothing protecting the beard. But he sweats so much it doesn't matter. Mutemath is the best. Start with their self titled, then Armistice, Odd Soul, Vitals and Play Dead.
"oh, it changed lol" really got me😂😂
Chris Turner's freestyles dude, not gonna regret it.
You should definetly check out Ride live 2019, another beautiful version of your favourite song😊 Just Tyler on the keyboard❤
Keep it up, bro!
Have a great weekend Ernest!
You too man!
It’s the content what we like, it’s your personality why we stay
No clue how you used to not like this song but to each their own. It’s literally so amazing how they can make a good song great. Great reaction/breakdown as always. Much love.
(Still waiting for that K.A.A.N reaction tho my mans ;)
He said because it was too overhyped like stressed out
Semper Fi It was so overplayed on the stations, along with Stressed Out, here in Texas that he just chalked tøp up to being way overhyped and didn’t look into the genius that is Tyler Joseph and Josh Dun
Not sure if this was posted already, but the Mutemath singer helped produce TOP's Trench album :)
Can't wait to see you react to Tyler's dance in the Tear in My Heart bit
Love all the tempo changes
Mutemath is a really good band. I think that Tyler & Paul (Mutemath) have worked together on different TOP songs. I would love for you to check out MUTEMATH - Paul Meany - Voice in the Silence. Paul musical skills are incredible. (Plays every instrument on song) Also check out Mutemath & TOP live @ Hangout Festival 2017 (Live) - Tear In My Heart & Lane Boy (Both drummers killing it at the end of Lane boy)
I love this version of ride
Oh lovely😍 more TØP 💛💛🌻
😊🌅🔥😄🎹🎧🎤🥁❤️ #TWENTYONEPILOTS #MUTEMATH *Great Reaction Commentary* #Happyears
I've said it before and I'll say it again. MUTEMATH is an amazing band. Just watch them perform their first single "Typical" on the Dave Letterman show and you will be converted.
David Mann or better yet. Recreating the video live on Jimmy Kimmel.
Loving these 21 pilots reactions!!!... Can you please React next to "Yah Yah" By Eminem, black thought, Q-Tip, And Denaun?
Mad lyricism
Paul meany from Mutemath co produced trench, you can hear the electronic influence in songs like my blood
Seus vídeos estão me ajudando a entender porque gosto tanto de TØP! Obrigada! Parabéns pelos excelentes vídeos!
Ayyyy finally 😍
Damn cant wait to see Lane Boy react. The version is a masterpiece
Haha that drummer from MM taping his headphones on coz he knew he was going hard at the end
Can’t believe I’m early
Clicking on your react as I'm swiping away a notif from another reactor I used to watch more - you're taking over as top on my list, & that's not me kissing up. It's just facts. You're my fave, YA FEEL ME?!
Dropping a comment to help with algorithms
At 0910 love it!!
Man you gotta react to the Em's interview Crooked. He talks about reactors and people breaking down bars on RUclips among other things. It was a fascinating watch. Love you see your reaction and hear your thoughts about the interview.
Baby Joseph is born !!! Her name is Rosie she’s so beautiful !!!
You need to teact to "Guns for hands" PLEASEEEEEEEEEEEEEEE
Yasssss
This is the first time I have watched a react video and I've been reacting with the reactor. I am almost in tears. You said climax. Yeeessss. But, anyway I love this even though I don't think Tyler and Josh need any help, but Yes! Dude, GO TO A LIVE SHOW!
Hope you do some Royce reactions off his new album at some point
Oh for sure probably this week coming up!
You're relationship with Ride is my relationship with Heathens. I didn't/don't hate it, but my local radio station played it WAAAAAAAY too much.
if you dig incubus, check out Mutemath. Definitely some likness in songs like "control", "No response" or "Pins and Needles"
After you finish the MuteMath session you hv to react to some of there old stuff, like
Friend please Ruby. Addict with a pen live
stay in your lane boy.
He tape his headphones to his head cuz of Guns for hands ( you might missed this music video )
You know you're early when it says ride sessions
@TheThirdErnest if you haven’t checked Darren King from Mutemath yet, do yourself a favor and RUclips a live solo. He’s 🔥 It’ll really increase your appreciation of the collab between him and the TOP drummer.
🙌🏻🙌🏻
Brooo 🔥🔥🔥 #Twentyonepilots
welcome to the world rosie robert joseph
tyler and jenna are finally parents!!! 🥺
