That whole "holding back" thing was pure shit. Opie kept saying that their relationship is not what it used to be, that they were growing apart and might be better off on their own. If he truly felt like that, then he should have had no problem voicing any and all things he had on his mind in that moment. It was truly bitch made. He knew Anthony is much better at verbal abuse than himself, so instead of being made to look like a fool he simply used a cop out to save face.

I love at 7:48 when it gets quiet and things are real, they could both be trying to figure a way out of the argument without hating each other and afterward it gets much more polite, anyone who thinks one or the other is a bitch because of this fight is an asshole, I have had this argument with friends before, stress builds, someone you are around all the time gets on your nerves, you end up striking out, it happens to adults all the time. And the want a grape line was GREAT

Listen to this whole argument. It really just sounds like they had a lot of bottled up shit, and just eventually vented. After a while, they just calmed down. They were just annoyed, and they got over it after venting. Life and the show moves on. This is still far calmer than the Opie and Jim fiasco though.

N local afternoon show was killing it. So they dumped u guys n put them in morn. N they have 4 times ur ratings to this day. They even switched the station u were on to sports radio n kept those guys on. Everyone is not out to get u. Just u being the #1 show in country on terrestrial radio after stern left was misleading. U never came near sterns ratings. It just shows the powerhouse he was.

I heard this show life, and around this period anthony was gone at least one day a week for about 2 months before this.
