with due respect sir..i read somewhere Sabha was a general assembly while Samithi was powerful body dominated by men where women were not allowed to participate while in Sabha and Vidhatha(dispute resolving assembly) women were allowed...plzz clarify this..

Sabha was like modern day council .. mainly elderly and nobles in it ... Less political
Samiti - common people + used to dral with matters like policy making and political business
