- Let's login to your Facebook account without your password in this quick and easy guide.
If you forgot your Facebook password there are lots of ways to reset it. I walk you through some of those ways here. You can reset it through your email address or phone number you have associated with your account. You can also use a friend to reset your password if you have that feature turned on. Basically, you will need some way to verify you own the account and have access to some account to verify. I walk you through that process in this video. It's the same for both iPhone and Android in 2021.

So it's been 3 or more years since I've been on FB. I try to log in and the process was as you showed but at the end it asked me to have 3 friends on FB to verify it my account. The people they selected are people I randomly know or don't talk to anymore. I've left comments to FB with no response. Thank you for your time Bill

The part your leaving out is that if you have a new phone and not used your account on it then your screwed... Which is the problem I'm having..

dont work over here in the uk as someones hacked in /it works upto change password but then they send another code to your phone but i never get it..so who ever as hacked in my FB as also changed my phone number aswell....they have nothing else better to do ...very sad
