another great episode on traditional vegetarian food. I have never seen such an exotic looking food with 10 variety rice on a single plate. Elaneer payasam is ultimate, vera level dessert. That plate of different variety rice is better and healthier than any buffett in a 5 star restaurant. This is the kinda food people should eat regularly to stay healthy and energetic. Biryani is not our parambariy afood and it is unhealthy if one eats frequently because of unhealthy ingredients added to it to make it tasty like Ajnamotto.

Because of you we found a gem in Chennai for our Seemandham Function which happened this week (5-9-2022), based on this video we visited Chamundeswari Hotel. Ordered few Variety Rice, Meals and Ilaneer Payasam., everything was hygiene, good cooked and tasty. As mentioned Mr.Kathirvel Sir he had Menu plan for Seemandham functions (5,7,9) based on month Variety rices will be added also we customized our menu by adding Ilaneer payasam as default.! The reason for this comment is, we have said food for 100 people but one that day we had 140+ for dinning but people Chamundeswari Hotel (came for Serving) they managed everything in a neat manner. Till now getting calls from people regarding food especially for Ilanner payasam & Variety rice.

Food may be good but the area where fish is sold may be a damper because vegetarians cannot stand the smell of fish which will be overpowering in that area.
