Phoenix Sky Harbor Intl. Airport Sky Train: Car Rental to 44th St Station

No one to my knowledge has filmed the entire journey on the PHX Sky Train since they’ve added the 24th St, and Car Rental Stations. This is meant as a stand in video until someone with better equipment (or steadier hands) can make a POV video of their own.
This was filmed on Saturday, January 28th, 2023. My sister had gone past the 44th St and Washington Station on the light rail every day she went to ASU, but never actually had an excuse to go on the train since we never fly anywhere, so we made it a point to ride the train both ways together before I moved the following week. (You can faintly hear her voice while stopped at the 24th St Station)
Her thoughts on riding the Sky Train: “It’s like you’re on a stand up roller coaster”

Phoenix is just like Atlanta, San Francisco, and Tampa when it comes to off site rental car centers take a sky train to the rental car center rather than a bus

I can’t speak for Atlanta or San Fran, but the train is definitely the highlight of Sky Harbor in my opinion. Also as a light rail rider it was always handy! ^^

Thanks for doing this, will be using the train from the rental car facility to terminal 4 in Oct, much faster than using the rental van.

Hi! So if I take Waymo, to leave me here at 44st and Washington to get to terminal 4 (American Airlines) with luggage, it's possible?

Very much so! I used to do so all the time, only with the light rail instead of Waymo. Just be aware that the escalator to enter the 44th St/Washington stop is part of the light rail station.
