When my son was 12 years old he gave his life to Jesus. He took his Bible one day and went up and down our dirt road. He was telling some of the neighbors about the Lord. I would say 75% of our neighbors were already born again. He came home one afternoon and was crying. He said that one of the neighbors shut the door in his face. I lovingly looked at him and said son they shut the door in Jesus's face not yours. I said Jeremy they see Christ in you and that's who they shut the door on. He still cried but it made him understand better. His heart was so tender he was so new in the Lord and he was only 12.

He prayed: God I'm a sinner. I am very sorry for my sins. I believe Jesus is your Son and that He died on the cross for me. Please forgive my sins and save my soul from hell. Amen! He was 12. He's now 43.❤️✝️
May I encourage you sir… I am an ICU nurse and God has used me many times to reach those at eternity’s door. I consider it an honor to do so. I believe that this’ ministry’ is possible because of prayer, not just mine, but of those who are praying for the patients in the unit. I'm a nurse I was a visiting nurse I reassigned from my position because it was causing me alot of stress and I know God was giving me signs to leave. My finale 2 weeks I was just going to walk away from the job, my mom told me don't quit my assignment so I didn't. When I listened to what my mom said then last week I had so much joy in my task, I ran into 3 patients who just needed someone to listen and help them with their burden and God used me so much. In the last week of my job I felt so much peace and understood my assignment. It's not about money thats just a blessing that comes with my assignment, but my true calling is to show the Love of Christ through me to my patients.
Iam a Christian Nurse too, I have lead so many to Christ before dying. God has always given me that secret 5 minutes times with my patients while they family are not inside and many have accepted Christ Jesus few hours before dying. My Job is not a Job but a mission for Christ.
My Dad passed away in an ICU recently. We were encouraged by the staff to pray with him, sing worship songs with him and they overlooked their COVID protocols to allow as many as wanted to be around him in his final moments. Thank God I’m blessed to live in South Texas!!
When I lived in Portland. Oregon, we had patients who would pray over their chemotherapy before receiving it. No one minded. It’s not a red state vs blue state thing.
When my husband passed away from COVID last year (Sept 2021) the hospital in Uvalde was so wonderful to us. They never pressured us to hurry, not before or after he died. In fact, the Respiratory Therapist/RN that was leading his care team held me as we prayed and after he was gone. We could not have asked for better treatment. So many prayers were offered up during that time. I am grateful for the respect and compassion our family was given during such a hard time.
Very sorry to hear that Becket. As a former gay man myself, this is the reality. Fact is the LGBT community will NOT welcome people like me. Not that the community has done me ANY favours in the past. But it's far more important to do right in Christ than to be eternally separated from God.
I so appreciate everything you do Beckett. I was in the LGBT lifestyle for 20 years and then i truly met Jesus. I still struggle with SSA but live celibate and strive to live a Christ centered life. You have been a true inspiration and God is using you to reach so many. I will pray for you and your friend Tom as well as Michael.
I understand the SSA struggle and the struggle is very real. but we are considered very blessed because God has shielded us from sooo many other things that we didn't have to deal with. Let's continue to keep our eyes and hearts on Him, our heavenly Father and our Lord and saviour, Jesus Christ.
Ironic: persecution is what the subject of this video is. Religious persecution. The reason Tom drank himself to death is also persecution. It wasn't directed at you -- you pricked his spiritual conscience. He's not worried that you'll upset Tom. He just wants to keep you at a distance from himself, because the Holy Spirit is working on his heart. He feels anger and shame. Let's pray for him. We're all sinners saved by grace!!
Sandy, I think you have hit the nail on the head. However, it’s sad he couldn’t visit Tom, but whether present by Tom’s bedside or not, his prayers are still heard by God and are as meaningful toward Tom as if he was there.

It shocked me when I heard what happened to you. I live in Namibia, Africa. In our hospitals you will find bibles in the rooms and nurses praying and singing to the sick and dying. May God bless you with all you are doing.🌟
Actually god sends people to hell, not the people. 1 god created hell. 2 god makes the rules and governs the universe including souls to be judged. 3. since he makes the rules, it is ultimately up to him to send people to hell

Reminds me of when my gay brother was on deaths door in Dallas Hospital. It was such a spiritual battle. Especially w his gay friends. Jesus won that battle. My brother converted and left Dallas to come live w our parents. He passed 3yrs later. But I plan on seeing him again. The hate from unbelievers is real. I worked in hospitals for a long time and saw many of these occurrences even with family. I was quite shocked to see so much dissension, hate and unforgiveness in this world even in the face of illness and dying. I applaud how you handled yourself because you have a pure heart that the "Mikes" of this world cant and refuse to comprehend. I hope you are able to be an instrument of Gods love in these people's lives. They cant stop our prayers and genuine love.

You can meet up with Tom, after/when he is discharged and he can decide for himself whether or not to see you. My sister and I called out to Jesus because He said if two or more of you are gathered together in my name, I will be there in the midst of you. We stood beside his hospital bed and asked the Lord to please save his soul. They say hearing is the last thing to go so I’m hopeful my brother also heard our prayer for him. He was taken off life support after his organs were donated.
@@carolbradley4845 So sorry to hear about your brother. Sounds similar to what happened with my dad. It was just me, but I played his favorite hymn a lot and stayed with him every day in hospital. My family was extremely religious but I watched them since we lived together for about 30 years so ik what they were actually like in private. I kinda always thought he didn’t know what was going on, or if he did he probably didn’t want me there. My parents really, really hated me. Anyway, ig it’s possible he could have truly repented on his deathbed but I wonder how because he was a vegetable.

This is what I've learned in my 23yrs as a Christian, those who preach "tolerance, everyone is welcomed, and acceptance" the loudest are never any of those thing's.
The tables have turned concerning Christians in many aspects. The spirit of Jezebel has been released. Our war is not against flesh and blood but against principalities, powers, rulers of darkness and spiritual wickedness. Eph. 6:12. They need deliverance! Lord please intervene in this situation. In Jesus name amen.
Plain and simple, He was worried that your friend might actually turn his life over to Jesus and he would be healed spiritually, therefore separating himself from the gay community! Michael was jealous , scared and angry. Plain and simple. You reflect Christ.

Would be great to have an update on this. What saddens me as well is that making a political statement about “the community” mattered more than allowing a dying friend love, companionship and comfort from a dear old friend. Very sad indeed.
People in comas hear what we say to them. So be encouraged that Tom heard what you said. I'm glad you had that visit with him where you read the word and prayed for him.
Michael takes his friend out drinking knowing he has a drink problem and Tom ends up in ICU, but Michael thinks you're the danger to Tom. I wonder if there's some projection going on. He was a strange choice to give this legal responsibility to, not being very responsible. Seems like a lot of growing up needs to happen. I shall say a prayer for your friend's recovery, and that your friend and Michael have a change of heart. This life is so short, we have eternity before us and people are willing to gamble that destiny for a life of indulgence, makes no sense! I pray that they realise this, and that Michael sees this video. I think Tom would rather have people praying for him and get better, than have his bedside become a political battle ground.

Tom is a heavy drinker so that would be why Becket wasn't socializing with him much anymore. Obviously Beck still cares about Tom and it's important that he knows that. Michael should not keep them from seeing each other. That's not right. Becket would be a big help to Tom right now. Which he really needs.

I'm sorry I don't look at it the same way as you do. Becket wasn't pushing his beliefs on Tom. He wanted to and did pray for Tom. When you are at deaths door. You need all the prayers and spiritual help that you can get, believe me. Becket only has good intentions for Tom. I've never seen such a genuine child of God.
@@Sky-fj6ec If people don't believe in God or in the teachings of his God (that being gay is a sin and a choice) then praying over someone is pushing your beliefs. If you go home and pray for someone or go to the hospital chapel and say a prayer away from the person than that is your choice. A hospital chaplin would not come in and pray over someone unless they had been asked. For instance if you were lying in a hospital bed and an Imam or Rabbi came and started praying over you and saying prayers associated with Judaism or the Muslim faith would you welcome it and look forward to future visits where you would receive more prayers and spiritual guidance from the Rabbi or Imam. I have a strong feeling you would say no thank you I'm a Christian and have my own beliefs. Based on your example if you were ill you would welcome any spiritual help that you could get while in hospital even if it was from an Imam and Rabbi and you didn't practice their religions. This is the exact situation that is being depicted.

Becket, Gods timing is perfect. You had this happen two years ago, and I'm having this happen now with a multitude of family members while my father was dying. I needed this testimony this morning to help me through my grief. While my father was dying, I had family who purposely isolated me and refused to speak to me during a time we should have been crying together. I was also called the most horrifying names, so while I was grieving over my father, I was being attacked for my faith and values by those I deeply loved. It was the most toxic experience of my life, and I was traumatized by it. I've cried for almost two months on my knees every morning, praying through my hurt, trying to understand, and praying for my family's salvation. I've never had multiple persecution at once before for my failth. If persecution comes from family, it cuts down to another level of pain (almost cellular) that feels torturous. It's been heartwrenching. I felt it deep down to my core, like I was not only emotionally bullied but bruised, beaten, and stomped on (spiritually). It actually was affecting my health, so I had to work through all my hurt and anger and to focus on forgiving. I'm still going through it, and your testimony encouraged me that others in the United States are also feeling the cultural shift being persecuted for their faith. Thank you, Becket. I do hope you update us on your friend who was in ICU and his friend, who both I prayed for this morning. The first thing that jumped out at me was that this wasn't so much about just "Tom." That you were sent by God in answer to "Michael's" family's prayers for him. You were an answer to their prayers to lovingly try to reach him again for Christ. When the Holy Spirit is powerfully working on someone's heart who is in serious resistance, it usually turns to anger or retaliation. "Michael" (I know it's not his name but God knows him), was in a spiritual battle when you came on the scene and that battle won't leave him just because he shut you down. This is exactly what happened to me before I became a Christian. I started struggling inside to a point where I started really getting upset, which turned to anger against those witnessing to me. I told those sharing God to me, to stop!!! They did and started quietly interceding for me. The Holy Spirit was like chasing after me after that, constantly overwhelming me until I finally surrendered. I had a powerful conversion, which was over 40 years ago. Your testimony inspired me and helped me process what happened to me, to intercede for my family. I am trusting that God is turning the heat up to reach them. So praise God!!! It's actually really good news that you were faithful and most likely an answer to a family's prayers. Here, you thought you were visiting a sick friend when you most likely were sent for another. God never wastes opportunities. It sounds like a duel purpose, and you were given that Holy assignment. What an honor! We will see it all clearly on the other side❤

A few years ago I woke one morning to a short moving vision, a head and shoulder view of a small group of people holding short spears that were lit like torches. All of them were snarling and yelling at me, although I couldn't hear anything. Just as one man in the front of the group threw his fiery spear directly at me, the vision ended. It shook me. It was a stark reminder for me to keep on the whole armor of God! Christian persecution is inevitable, and we know who's behind it. God bless you!
Wow! a couple months ago I had two of almost the exact same dream within a 2 week period. It was kind of like a barn setting, Paul (the apostle) was sitting imprisoned on the side, there were a couple official people at the head of the barn, some people off to the side and then myself and someone else further away but facing the official people. They shot arrows at the people and then I knew they were going to shoot us, and shortly they gave the order. Thats where it ended. Very similar to your vision!

Thank you for all you do Beckett! I lost one of my best friends for speaking God’s truth when she became engaged to a women. I told her that as a Catholic I could not attend her same sex wedding and that I love her too much to support her eternal damnation. Suffice to say my words were “damaging” and “toxic” and she could no longer continue our friendship. I pray for her conversion daily. (She is a part of the gay-affirming Methodist church)
Some churches accept biological realities and understand that Bronze Age people don’t have the understanding of nature that modern science does. . Sexuality in humans is more genetically detailed and more complex than just the XY and XX you learned about in high school. I’m a cis het Christian with a biology degree.
ICUs do try to not let visitors upset patients. If they felt you would upset him they wouldn’t let in. Unconscious people can still hear and react to what’s being said.

I'm sad for you, Becket, that you have been treated in such a hateful way although you wanted to show God's love and grace and mercy.. I had a hateful reaction when my mother was dying and my 6 sisters and I were gathered around her.. I wanted to tell them about the promise we have in Jesus, eternal life, but my sister Christine, who is a lesbian, stopped me and said that I didn't tell the truth and that everyone was free to believe his/ her truth... When I took my bible to read Psalm 23 to my mother who was in a coma, they all left the room... I pray for my sister Christine and all of my family.. I can't convince them but God can ..I will pray for "Tom" and Michael. Thank you Becket for this episode and all that you do..! God bless! 🙏
Every day, many people in Tom’s condition who’s only hope is prayer. The machines and meds can’t save everyone’s physical body. You are the one in this guy’s life who knows it’s his soul that really matters, so you keep up the spiritual fight for your friend. Also, you might try to contact the chaplain office at the hospital to see if they can help you get in to see him, maybe after hours or something. Or they can go see him for you.
It’s very encouraging to hear your story and journey…as believers of Jesus we indeed don’t fight against flesh and blood but powers of the evil one… my love and prayers for all you do..
Becket, you have such a pastor's heart! I've been where you are, laying hands on a person on a respirator. I read the verse, "He who has the Son has life" (I John 5:12). She woke up and was at peace a few days before she died, and another church friend was able to visit her and share scripture with her. I believe that your prayer was heard by God and that God answered your prayer. I am so glad that the Lord comforted you after this very hurtful experience. God is making you strong inside! Yes, I am praying for "Tom" and for "Michael."
I'm sorry all of that happened. As you know we wrestle not against flesh and blood. Your friend could hear you even though he was sedated. This angered Satan and working through Michael, tried to block your access into his life. But the truth is, your prayers aren't limited to being in the same room. And when he is out of the hospital you will be able to reach out to him.

I understand and I'm 68 that it's a burden in this life to have a same sex attraction. We are complicated people, however we know that by reaading scriptures and prayer that we can serve others and forget about our own issues and that's how we're helped. Being celibate is not the end of everything. Those of us who are single as widows sometimes struggle. There's a way to deal with it and we can overcome, not that we won't be tempted from to time time but it's not all the time, and because we're commanded to be virtuous and chaste in thoughts and actions, it is doable. So when I read of those here who have been gay and then commit to the Savior, I'm touched. We know in this life things will get worse for those who are active Christians, but we can be examples as well.

I know how you feel. My family did the same thing to me when my mother was in the hospital with a stroke and then again when she was on her death bed. Fortunately, my one brother called me late the night before and gave me the head's up so I was in the hospital with her before she died. While we were alone, I forgave her for what she did to me and she regained consciousness. Then 30 mins. later she died. It's hard, but you will get over it. You did all that you could. Take care.

When my son was 12 years old he gave his life to Jesus. He took his Bible one day and went up and down our dirt road. He was telling some of the neighbors about the Lord. I would say 75% of our neighbors were already born again. He came home one afternoon and was crying. He said that one of the neighbors shut the door in his face. I lovingly looked at him and said son they shut the door in Jesus's face not yours. I said Jeremy they see Christ in you and that's who they shut the door on. He still cried but it made him understand better. His heart was so tender he was so new in the Lord and he was only 12.

I'm a nurse I was a visiting nurse I reassigned from my position because it was causing me alot of stress and I know God was giving me signs to leave. My finale 2 weeks I was just going to walk away from the job, my mom told me don't quit my assignment so I didn't. When I listened to what my mom said then last week I had so much joy in my task, I ran into 3 patients who just needed someone to listen and help them with their burden and God used me so much. In the last week of my job I felt so much peace and understood my assignment. It's not about money thats just a blessing that comes with my assignment, but my true calling is to show the Love of Christ through me to my patients.

Iam a Christian Nurse too, I have lead so many to Christ before dying. God has always given me that secret 5 minutes times with my patients while they family are not inside and many have accepted Christ Jesus few hours before dying. My Job is not a Job but a mission for Christ.
My Dad passed away in an ICU recently. We were encouraged by the staff to pray with him, sing worship songs with him and they overlooked their COVID protocols to allow as many as wanted to be around him in his final moments. Thank God I’m blessed to live in South Texas!!

When I lived in Portland. Oregon, we had patients who would pray over their chemotherapy before receiving it. No one minded. It’s not a red state vs blue state thing.

When my husband passed away from COVID last year (Sept 2021) the hospital in Uvalde was so wonderful to us. They never pressured us to hurry, not before or after he died. In fact, the Respiratory Therapist/RN that was leading his care team held me as we prayed and after he was gone. We could not have asked for better treatment. So many prayers were offered up during that time. I am grateful for the respect and compassion our family was given during such a hard time.
Very sorry to hear that Becket. As a former gay man myself, this is the reality. Fact is the LGBT community will NOT welcome people like me. Not that the community has done me ANY favours in the past. But it's far more important to do right in Christ than to be eternally separated from God.

I worked in hospitals for a long time and saw many of these occurrences even with family. I was quite shocked to see so much dissension, hate and unforgiveness in this world even in the face of illness and dying. I applaud how you handled yourself because you have a pure heart that the "Mikes" of this world cant and refuse to comprehend. I hope you are able to be an instrument of Gods love in these people's lives. They cant stop our prayers and genuine love.

You can meet up with Tom, after/when he is discharged and he can decide for himself whether or not to see you. My sister and I called out to Jesus because He said if two or more of you are gathered together in my name, I will be there in the midst of you. We stood beside his hospital bed and asked the Lord to please save his soul. They say hearing is the last thing to go so I’m hopeful my brother also heard our prayer for him. He was taken off life support after his organs were donated.

My family was extremely religious but I watched them since we lived together for about 30 years so ik what they were actually like in private. Anyway, ig it’s possible he could have truly repented on his deathbed but I wonder how because he was a vegetable.

Michael takes his friend out drinking knowing he has a drink problem and Tom ends up in ICU, but Michael thinks you're the danger to Tom. I wonder if there's some projection going on. He was a strange choice to give this legal responsibility to, not being very responsible. Seems like a lot of growing up needs to happen. I shall say a prayer for your friend's recovery, and that your friend and Michael have a change of heart. This life is so short, we have eternity before us and people are willing to gamble that destiny for a life of indulgence, makes no sense! I pray that they realise this, and that Michael sees this video. I think Tom would rather have people praying for him and get better, than have his bedside become a political battle ground.

Tom is a heavy drinker so that would be why Becket wasn't socializing with him much anymore. Obviously Beck still cares about Tom and it's important that he knows that. Michael should not keep them from seeing each other. That's not right. Becket would be a big help to Tom right now. Which he really needs.

I'm sorry I don't look at it the same way as you do. Becket wasn't pushing his beliefs on Tom. He wanted to and did pray for Tom. When you are at deaths door. You need all the prayers and spiritual help that you can get, believe me. Becket only has good intentions for Tom. I've never seen such a genuine child of God.
@@Sky-fj6ec If people don't believe in God or in the teachings of his God (that being gay is a sin and a choice) then praying over someone is pushing your beliefs. If you go home and pray for someone or go to the hospital chapel and say a prayer away from the person than that is your choice. A hospital chaplin would not come in and pray over someone unless they had been asked. For instance if you were lying in a hospital bed and an Imam or Rabbi came and started praying over you and saying prayers associated with Judaism or the Muslim faith would you welcome it and look forward to future visits where you would receive more prayers and spiritual guidance from the Rabbi or Imam. I have a strong feeling you would say no thank you I'm a Christian and have my own beliefs. Based on your example if you were ill you would welcome any spiritual help that you could get while in hospital even if it was from an Imam and Rabbi and you didn't practice their religions. This is the exact situation that is being depicted.

Becket, Gods timing is perfect. You had this happen two years ago, and I'm having this happen now with a multitude of family members while my father was dying. I needed this testimony this morning to help me through my grief. While my father was dying, I had family who purposely isolated me and refused to speak to me during a time we should have been crying together. I was also called the most horrifying names, so while I was grieving over my father, I was being attacked for my faith and values by those I deeply loved. It was the most toxic experience of my life, and I was traumatized by it. I've cried for almost two months on my knees every morning, praying through my hurt, trying to understand, and praying for my family's salvation. I've never had multiple persecution at once before for my failth. If persecution comes from family, it cuts down to another level of pain (almost cellular) that feels torturous. It's been heartwrenching. I felt it deep down to my core, like I was not only emotionally bullied but bruised, beaten, and stomped on (spiritually). It actually was affecting my health, so I had to work through all my hurt and anger and to focus on forgiving. I'm still going through it, and your testimony encouraged me that others in the United States are also feeling the cultural shift being persecuted for their faith.
Thank you, Becket. I do hope you update us on your friend who was in ICU and his friend, who both I prayed for this morning. The first thing that jumped out at me was that this wasn't so much about just "Tom." That you were sent by God in answer to "Michael's" family's prayers for him. You were an answer to their prayers to lovingly try to reach him again for Christ. When the Holy Spirit is powerfully working on someone's heart who is in serious resistance, it usually turns to anger or retaliation. "Michael" (I know it's not his name but God knows him), was in a spiritual battle when you came on the scene and that battle won't leave him just because he shut you down. This is exactly what happened to me before I became a Christian. I started struggling inside to a point where I started really getting upset, which turned to anger against those witnessing to me. I told those sharing God to me, to stop!!! They did and started quietly interceding for me. The Holy Spirit was like chasing after me after that, constantly overwhelming me until I finally surrendered. I had a powerful conversion, which was over 40 years ago. Your testimony inspired me and helped me process what happened to me, to intercede for my family. I am trusting that God is turning the heat up to reach them. So praise God!!! It's actually really good news that you were faithful and most likely an answer to a family's prayers. Here, you thought you were visiting a sick friend when you most likely were sent for another. God never wastes opportunities. It sounds like a duel purpose, and you were given that Holy assignment. What an honor! We will see it all clearly on the other side❤

A few years ago I woke one morning to a short moving vision, a head and shoulder view of a small group of people holding short spears that were lit like torches. All of them were snarling and yelling at me, although I couldn't hear anything. Just as one man in the front of the group threw his fiery spear directly at me, the vision ended. It shook me. It was a stark reminder for me to keep on the whole armor of God! Christian persecution is inevitable, and we know who's behind it. God bless you!
Wow! a couple months ago I had two of almost the exact same dream within a 2 week period. It was kind of like a barn setting, Paul (the apostle) was sitting imprisoned on the side, there were a couple official people at the head of the barn, some people off to the side and then myself and someone else further away but facing the official people. They shot arrows at the people and then I knew they were going to shoot us, and shortly they gave the order. Thats where it ended. Very similar to your vision!

Thank you for all you do Beckett! I lost one of my best friends for speaking God’s truth when she became engaged to a women. I told her that as a Catholic I could not attend her same sex wedding and that I love her too much to support her eternal damnation. Suffice to say my words were “damaging” and “toxic” and she could no longer continue our friendship. I pray for her conversion daily. (She is a part of the gay-affirming Methodist church)

Some churches accept biological realities and understand that Bronze Age people don’t have the understanding of nature that modern science does. . Sexuality in humans is more genetically detailed and more complex than just the XY and XX you learned about in high school. I’m a cis het Christian with a biology degree.
ICUs do try to not let visitors upset patients. If they felt you would upset him they wouldn’t let in. Unconscious people can still hear and react to what’s being said.

I'm sad for you, Becket, that you have been treated in such a hateful way although you wanted to show God's love and grace and mercy.. I had a hateful reaction when my mother was dying and my 6 sisters and I were gathered around her.. I wanted to tell them about the promise we have in Jesus, eternal life, but my sister Christine, who is a lesbian, stopped me and said that I didn't tell the truth and that everyone was free to believe his/ her truth... When I took my bible to read Psalm 23 to my mother who was in a coma, they all left the room... I pray for my sister Christine and all of my family.. Every day, many people in Tom’s condition who’s only hope is prayer. The machines and meds can’t save everyone’s physical body. You are the one in this guy’s life who knows it’s his soul that really matters, so you keep up the spiritual fight for your friend. Also, you might try to contact the chaplain office at the hospital to see if they can help you get in to see him, maybe after hours or something. Or they can go see him for you.
It’s very encouraging to hear your story and journey…as believers of Jesus we indeed don’t fight against flesh and blood but powers of the evil one… my love and prayers for all you do..

Becket, you have such a pastor's heart! I've been where you are, laying hands on a person on a respirator. I read the verse, "He who has the Son has life" (I John 5:12). She woke up and was at peace a few days before she died, and another church friend was able to visit her and share scripture with her. I believe that your prayer was heard by God and that God answered your prayer. I am so glad that the Lord comforted you after this very hurtful experience. God is making you strong inside! Yes, I am praying for "Tom" and for "Michael."

I'm sorry all of that happened. As you know we wrestle not against flesh and blood. Your friend could hear you even though he was sedated. This angered Satan and working through Michael, tried to block your access into his life. But the truth is, your prayers aren't limited to being in the same room. And when he is out of the hospital you will be able to reach out to him.

I understand and I'm 68 that it's a burden in this life to have a same sex attraction. We are complicated people, however we know that by reaading scriptures and prayer that we can serve others and forget about our own issues and that's how we're helped. Being celibate is not the end of everything. Those of us who are single as widows sometimes struggle. There's a way to deal with it and we can overcome, not that we won't be tempted from to time time but it's not all the time, and because we're commanded to be virtuous and chaste in thoughts and actions, it is doable. So when I read of those here who have been gay and then commit to the Savior, I'm touched. We know in this life things will get worse for those who are active Christians, but we can be examples as well.

JESUS died for our sins on the cross, HE shed HIS holy, innocent , precious blood for us (HIS blood washes away ALL sins) HE was buried but on the third day GOD raised HIM from the dead. All you have to do to be saved is: Believe in JESUS, trust in HIS blood. JESUS did everything for you, no works are required for salvation (Ephesians 2:8-9)!..

I will be praying for "Tom" and "Michael". Yes, we will be persecuted, and persecution will get worse. We pray to be able to stand firm to the end. Becket, you are such a blessing. Please be encouraged with the love of Jesus. Because He was hated and reviled, he understands, and the darkness was not able to overcome His love.
I know how you feel. My family did the same thing to me when my mother was in the hospital with a stroke and then again when she was on her death bed. Fortunately, my one brother called me late the night before and gave me the head's up so I was in the hospital with her before she died. While we were alone, I forgave her for what she did to me and she regained consciousness. Then 30 mins. later she died. It's hard, but you will get over it. You did all that you could. Take care.

hey buddy.I went through same thing except it had been an ex of 30 years bC.His family didn't allow me on floor.An officer was summoned to escort me out of lobby.He died.Alcoholism,drugs ,and high risk sex consume that culture or any lifestyle apart from Christ.Keep up your good work.You may have touched someone with these episodes.Blessings brother.
God is not limited by walls, citys, passwords or Michael's list of acceptable visitors. He can still answer prayers without you being there.
