I found a blind Sparrow hawk in a
Junkyard water...
It has a grey layer and 1 eye swollen and it's turning green ...
I 'm feeding it meat daily since 7 days.. once it gets right I'll release it in a forest..
Can u pls suggest me for it's both of eyes.. ??
Donna, you are so sweet to your pets. I only have 1 dog, 1 cat and 3 budgies and I get overwhelmed with the cleaning. Very interesting, they are being pretty vocal. We didn't get the eclipse in SoCal.
The eclipse in southwest Florida was probably only 60% compared to what you had. It never got dark where lights had to come on. Probably would not have noticed there was an eclipse, except for knowing from the news media. Still, nice seeing your pets and how quiet your inside birds were for the event. Thanks for recording it; years from now, we will remember where we were on the date April 8, 2024.
Thank you for the super thanks! I had fun during the eclipse and will always remember it. 60% would look like a dark cloudy passing by but it's still interesting.

How exciting, eclipse day with all your babies 🥰 I’ve wondered if animals sense a difference when an event like this happens! The only difference I noticed with my 2 female budgies, was the bossy one was even more bossy 😂

It may take time for your bunnies to bond if ever. They are very territorial. I have looked after bunnies for over 12 years. How do you manage with all your family--that's incredible.

All my birds got quiet, my dogs started barking. I put the dogs outside. It was weird, a little eerie. When the eclipse was over they went back to normal and then the sun came out.

Thank you. In 2 feeders I have Niger Seed, 1 has safflower for the Cardinals, 1 has peanuts for the peanut loving birds, 3 has a mixed wild bird seed. I also have one feeder full of black oil sunflower seeds and 1 suet holder.
