- 《📍Bravo! Vail July 26th, 2023》This was his first of two encores after playing Rachmaninoff’s Piano Concerto No. 3. Due to many people using my previous content without giving credit, I had to place the watermark on this video.

Marin Alsop is simply grand, and a wonderful and generous caretaker of the music and the young genius musician.
Gives me goosebumps every time …For some reason, even when knowing it’s expected to hold applause at proper times, the audience’s spontaneous clap and gasp of joy when realizing what piece this is in the first few notes makes me smile as it did Marin Alsop in this video. 😊
That single note at 47 seconds… makes the entire piece. So beautifully lands. Can listen to this music endlessly. I hope to someday go watch him live and hopefully this will be one of his encores. ❤. By the way I love how Ms. Alsop is always so respectful of Yunchan. She’s a wonderful conductor. Love their chemistry.
I never really understood how people could be overcome by music until I heard Yunchan.

임윤찬 연주들으러 이틀동안 꼬박 운전해서 Vail까지 갔었는데 이 연주회는 너무 감동적이었어요. 피아노 듀오나 현악 사중주, 뉴욕 필등 다른 연주들도 네개나 들었지만 윤찬군의 연주만큼은 exceptional 하다고 밖엔 표현할 길이 없었어요. Chopin도 encore 곡으로 하나 더 들려 주었는데 숙소로 돌아오는 길에 비가 계속 왔지만 남편과 계속 윤찬군의 연주 얘기만 하면서 운전을 했답니다. Bravo Vail의 Artistic Director인 Anne-Marie McDermott도 연륜있는 피아니스트고 Cliburn Competition의 심사위원중 한사람이었는데 연주가 시작되기전에 윤찬군을 얼마나 대단한 연주자인지 소개하더군요. 제 여름휴가의 highlight 였습니다.❤😊😊
