Just because they are commercially successful, doesn't mean they are good. It just means the business has the power to repress any other movies to play in the theater.
Nicole Kidman is so beautiful in this film, she manages to seem unreal. The other two main actresses in the film are beautiful, but Nicole is on another level. Furthermore, she is such a better actress than all the other actors in the film, that her character can be even funnier.
