You can read how he got caught in Arkham Knight. He was being stealthy and when he dropped down a garbage shoot to sneak through to the joker he got caught on a net, cut it and came tumbling down the vent. When he hit the ground he looked up and joker was standing there, crowbar in hand, then he said some joke I can't remember and well, I'm sure you know the rest.

As much as I prefer Red Hood’s original design, I actually like his Arkham Knight look. I even like his Arkham Knight suit, just wish the Arkham Knight is a different character instead of Jason Todd being one.

Jason as the Arkham Knight feels out of character, to me, at least. I didn't mind him hating Batman because he believed Batman abandoned him, but I think Jason should've done the same like how his Red Hood incarnation does, force Batman to kill Joker. Speaking of the Joker, he's responsible for tormenting Jason, and Jason could at least kill the Joker, or force Batman to do it.

In the Arkham Verse, Jason had every single right to hate The Joker. Him turning into The Arkham Knight made sense, he's powered by that same vengeance Batman is; but his recklessness and lack of moral code is what *would* make him Red Hood.. but his hatred for Batman is what turned him into The Arkham Knight. In my very personal opinion, The Arkham Knight is a beautifully written character. When Jason forgives Batman near the end of the game, the hatred for Batman is nullified; which ends up forging him to become Red Hood shortly after.
@@BlazerK1914 I think the differences also stem from the fact that Canon Jason was tortured for a few hours by joker (still awful ofc) whereas Arkham Jason was tortured for a YEAR by joker, as well as by other Arkham inmates. That could explain his more rash and violent behavior.

He’s kind of like Batman in The Batman when he’s older, more ruthless, lethal and uses fear more than hope not caring how bad he hurts his enemies as long as he completes the mission plus it would be a good movie idea, the only villains I want in the Matt Reeves universe would be Hush or Mr Freeze for the 2nd movie, then The court of owls and if we get the Red Hood story line we would unfortunately get The Joker, he is the perfect villains but we have seen to much of him
After 4 games of only knocking people unconcious it feels surprisingly different to kill them. The takedowns where Jason shoots them are my favorite, very cold and brutal.
red hood has some sort of grenade launcher shells on his belt would of been cool if he had a grenade launcher that shot sleep smoke or something simular idk
I prefer this Jason over Gotham knights just because both the look and the voice that Troy provided was for me really good. But then again. Gotham knights is its own thing
I think red hood will make more of a difference in Gotham than bats ever did not only using the fear tactics bruce taught him but his lethal ways plus the fear would scare criminals like black mask, penguin and scarecrow.
There's details throughout the game that explain what happened. Basically the criminals had to be set free for legal reasons because they were kept there unlawfully and in horrible conditions. (One of the Riddler stories shows Gordon was mad about this but had to let it slide.) The city council even gave them reparations for the mistreatment the inmates endured, as a random thug dialogue implies, something along the lines of "I hope City Hall tries to blow us up again, I got a mortgage to pay off." The old part of Gotham that was converted into Arkham City is still standing and visible, but it's likely abandoned and I think the walls are taken down. Wonder Tower still has a side blown out of it though lol.
Playing stealth as Red Hood makes me feel like I’m playing a modern day Assassin’s Creed game. Batman is satisfying and all but man what I wouldn’t give to have a dedicated Red Hood game. Maybe expand the stealth a little bit (with silencers perhaps?) and we have the perfect Red Hood game.
