Their companies are just a part of large portfolio of companies owned by big multinational corporations. Eg. fenty is under the French company LVMH. Loreal is another corporation that owns many high-end brands. So celebs are, indeed, just the face of the brand. Of course they have shares in it. Money wise it's win-win for the both the celeb, and the owner company.

Eg, the light illusion foundation at chemist warehouse is $13.99AUD, and at ultra the foundation is $13.99USD. I’m not sure if chemist warehouse realises? Maybe the fact it was USD in the RRP wasn’t picked up. Still, great for aussies! Usually we pay usd converted to Aud + our 10% gst at minimum, but in other cases it’s just a straight markup (eg loreal and Revlon)
I’m not sure if this is the case for everyone but flower beauty left all my local Ulta and Walmart stores so you can only get them online now! I was super bummed :/

oooh I wanna try the foundation! I haven't tried anything from this brand yet but everything looks great. I kinda like the sheer pigment of the blush sticks
apply the blush stick directly or onto your fingers and then blend! i find that just rubbing it on the beauty blender picks up all the shimmer and none of the pigment. you might enjoy it more that way. :)
One of my holy grail items from flower beauty that I think everyone needs and are so under rated ... The Jungle Lights Foil Shadow Palette so metallic and sparkly they are just perfection! And then the flower beauty heat wave bronzer but the cooler toned one not the warm one !!! It doesn't even look impressive online but I'm telling you .... On the skin the shade and the formula is the perfect contour/bronzer shade that just mades u look tan and glowy. Idk why I never hear anyone talk about it I have only ever seen the other shade reviewed and that shade sucks lol

Love seeing you use Flower Beauty. I've been fortunate enough to get to work with them on a few of their campaigns (creating content), which has been such a dream. A wonderful company. I agree about the eyeshadow palettes, the mattes are the stars, but the shimmers are what I expect from the drugstore. HOWEVER, I remember you loved their Jungle Lights shimmer palette and I recently got to try it and loved it! I would love to see them put that shimmer formula in their regular palettes and they would be a total hit! Ive been using the serum foundation as a mixer for foundations that are just a little too matte for me. The coverage on its own isnt enough for me (obviously that is just preference), but its a great mixer.
They’ve taken Flower Beauty out of my Walmart and Ulta but the whole line is at my CVS so I don’t mind! Their powder blushes are my favorite blushes, I use peach primrose every day.
I’ve been loving mixing the flower beauty serum foundation with my other foundations and it’s making all the other foundations go on so well on my dry skin!!
you gotta swipe that blush straight on - it looks really gorgeous when applied that way. i was curious about the eyeshadow palettes, so i'm glad you tried those.
The way you apply eyeshadow is phenomenal. You look stunning! You make it look so easy! I feel like I need to buy more rounded makeup brushes. A lot of my brushes are rounded but flat and it's hard to apply eyeshadow.

Flower beauty brushes are sooooo good and very soft. The are better than high end. I have one Tom Ford brush and I prefer the Flower beauty one.
