The dough bucket container appears in a few Korean pulled noodle videos. What is its function? I also notice the chef doesn't use penghui solution to loosen the dough for pulling. I wonder if the bucket is temperature controlled?
Almost reminds me of dragons breath I believe it was called..or something similar. They used solid honey and makes them into very thin process with same process as making noodles almost. Very nice dessert.
