EVALPARTICIPATIVA TOOLKIT. PART 7. PROJECT TRAFFIC LIGHTS (ARGENTINA)

In this video, Esteban Tapella presents a tool to carry out an ex-ante evaluation of a project, analyse its feasibility and guide its redesign. The game aims to facilitate the review and critical analysis of a project in a participatory manner, addressing the main variables or feasibilities that, depending on the type of intervention, are most relevant. The game is designed so that representatives of the target group or target population, members of the support entity, representatives of the organisation financing the project, etc., can participate horizontally and openly in the review of a project that has already been designed and wishes to start its implementation.
