@@ToddysMullowayAddiction I was gonna ask - those rigs you explain in the other episode would they work for large pinkies on the drone baits ?
I've never fished with a drone because mine is to small to carry a bait. But I can't see why they wouldn't work for drone fishing for pinkies 👍

Great video, glad to see your message to other fishermen to please clean up after yourself. I always end up doing the same thing and cleaning up after others laziness and disrespect for the local ecosystem. Nice catches mate cheers for the videos
Thanks mate cheers, yeah I was down there again last weekend picking up lazy pricks bottles and cans. Obviously there spoiled brats who's parents never taught them to clean up after themselves. One day will stop us fishing down there because of pricks like that 😡
@@ToddysMullowayAddiction I fish the Yorke Peninsula and what gets me more annoyed is people leaving fish to die on the shore. I can pick other people's rubbish up and throw it in a bucket but hate having to throw other people's dead fish back in the water. People need to respect the environment for us all. Great Easter trip video, not many fish but always good to be with family and pass on your skills.
@@gw7157 yeah, some people just have no respect, it amazes me some of the shit people dump just because there to lazy and feral to pick up after themselves and just waste fish when they could of just released them

Mate, what a good video. Some really good fish there. Your a real keen mully man ! Re the fish back bone you mentioned, when we had old mullet or tommies, we would soak them a bit, quick scale and fillet both sides up to the head. Removed the back bone and put a 8/0 or so through the head. Mainly for off a jetty or breakwater and under a salmon float on a metre trace. The wave action would make the fish flop around and give plenty of movement. Just passing on things shown to me. Bloody safe fishing.

man soon as u where like "i feel head shakes and its changing directions" i was like its one of monsters :) oh well 7 gill is raddd :) im ment to be out tonight on the boat chasing but mate pulled out so going the solo landbase taylor are on hard at tthe moment but ill take the big rod to and send one back out ;)

Thanks mate, much appreciated, I think you should still keep pursuing them, I've caught some big Mulloway in some very shallow gutters before. Where do you live and what beaches do you fish, do they catch Mulloway there?

I’d take a shallow gutter if I could see one 😂 it’s basically a big lake where waves crash just onto the shore

@uhhbam Is that in NSW, I live in South Australia, unfortunately some beaches don't produce Mulloway or very rarely, we have lots of beaches here that you don't catch Mulloway much. But where pretty lucky we have many that do produce big Mulloway. One of my biggest Mulloway I caught was in a gutter that was no deeper than 1 and a half metres deep so there's always a chance even in shallow gutters. Hahaha i caught a 7gill that must have been 90kg on 10kg mono and 24kg schnieder mono leader we thought it was a giant jew till my mate went in to gaff it and there was this massive swerl of water right next too him and he walked on water hahahaha
Yeah right, I caught a massive 7 gill last year but that was on my 80lb braid rod, and thought that was a massive Jew to that's on my video Ep 51 if you want to check it out cheers
