Interested to try this. I personally have no issue with using the flower + abaca. I also use the medium roast papers when i brew Ethiopians and i nvr face any stalling issues

    Fun and informative video 😊
I've been enjoying your B75 and Aeropress recipes a lot.
I'm looking for a conical brewer and considering this or the Kono. Do you know how they compare?

Yeah! Their performance will really depend on the kind of filter paper you're using. So the decision on which to purchase, will depend on what you have in your collection and what kind of brewing style you want to be able to accomplish

Nice video! I also have these cafec light roast filters and combined them with the zp6 and a Kono dripper. However, my brews extended over 5 min and tasted a bit muted and bitter. I'm curious which grind size you used on the zp6 with the Kono. Did you go even coarser than 56 or would you recommend to go for smaller brews (e.g., 12-15 g)?

I think the Kono + cafec light roast filters don't make for a great combo. I've tried this combination as well and the brews just don't taste balanced, imo. Imo, the light roast filter papers must be paired with a brewer with a fast flow rate such as a V60, Cafec flower, etc :)

For the three pour recipe, did you use the same 92°C temp as the two pour one?
