I think its nearly impossible. I watch a lot of ,,german Restaurant,, videos here but its never the real stuff. I think you have to come here for a visit but then you are on the save side and have the real food 😉
I stopped at the part about beer. In fact, nobility and rich salesmen drank wine, not beer. Farmers made (probably ugly-tasting) beer, and monestaries did, as it was a cheap drink (which due to brewing process and alcohol was free of germs - water wasn't). The 'purity law' was not made to improve beer, but to avoid that bread crop (wheat and rye) was wasted on making beer - only barley was allowed, as barley lacks gluten that makes dough stick. Just quite recently, small breweries flourish because their beer is now better than what the big companies (belonging to Inbev etc) sell.
