    Only HALF the story!?
Not sure why you wouldn’t follow the story to conclusion as it leads the viewer not appreciating the narrative, “Slavery in France”.
What happened to her captors?…how was she socialized after being held captive throughout her formative years?…what is the perceived scale of domestic slavery in France?…and on and on…
The viewers will likely feel fully cheated (as I do) if the film is watched to conclusion.
Not a fan of the producer.

The documentary from which this segment is taken never answers those questions. It would be nice to know.

Scum...to do that to a child. I hope she went to jail and had to pay her victim!

France the former colonialist of Morocco should consider offering more constructive programmes to help the youth in the ex-colonial territories. More scholarships at high school age and supported accommodation with selected French families. The scholarship should focus on areas of education, skill training, and business opportunities. In the ex-colonised society, capital to start business is so limited. The youth in those countries are idle, indulging in illicit trade. The youth unemployment is universal, but even more severe in the developing economies. They need help.

Just before this I watched a video from Afghanistan, families so desperate and starving that they are advertising the sale of their children. This Moroccan girl has scars, and slavery is wrong. But my heart is struck harder by these impoverished Afghans than this Moroccan who has lived, improved her life, has her freedom, a home, beauty, jewelry, and a future. This Moroccan has only to visit Afghanistan and allow her heart to love the lesser, and she will see how good her life is and appreciate what she has, rather than be gloomy over what she has not.

That's unfair. Saying someone else is suffering more doesn't negate the suffering someone is experiencing. This was her story. She was mistreated in a very bad way and her doing this documentary is probably helping her healing process. She can do that and be grateful at the same time. I don't have to be burned by a hot stove to be grateful that I'm not burned by a hot stove.
