Interesting you went over a treatment for H. pylori. I just thought i would share my story ... .I had gastritis for many years. Endoscopy showed the irritation in my stomach lining. Antibiotics did nothing. proton pump inhibitors also did nothing. Out of desperation I found a reference that the milk that comes out of a freshly cut fig leaf kills H. pylori and has potential to treat ulcers. For two weeks every day I woke up and picked a fig leaf from a tree in my back yard. After eating one to two small leaves everyday for almost two weeks .... my pain finally left permanently. 6 years of pain, multiple doctors, multiple tests, multiple antibiotics and a damn fig leaf fixed my problem. It was chronic pain I had so I am still in disbelief today. It's now about 10 years later and I have never had a recurrence.
