Our ancestors ate a shitload of fruit. Sugar in fruit digests differently than refined sugar as well. It’s healthy, don’t believe some RUclips “dietician” who’s clearly corrupt.
As a celiac I have a great tip with using quinoa flour for pancakes! Just add a frozen/mashed banana to the mix when you make the pancakes. It really adds a nice sweetness and cuts down on the quinoa taste. :)

Girl, you seem like such a lovely girl, but I just have to say, BEANS AND LEGUMES ARE VITAL IN A VEGAN DIET! You ate absolutely NONE of them in this video as far as I can tell. I know you mean no harm, but as an influencer, you influence people to eat this way which can be harmful especially for young growing boys and girls. Although you eat lots of vegetables, fruits, and whole grains and some fats (which is amazing and I encourage), this is NOT an adequate diet for teens specifically and even adult Vegans as it excludes sufficient protein and amino acid sources.
@@michelle-iy6ty Well, she needs some vegan source of protein. Protein is essential for everyone and a protein deficiency can wreak havok on the body. If she introduced more protein into her diet, she wouldn't need to "snack" on 7 bananas in order to feel full.
