i had no idea tornadoes hit during hurricanes. that is crazy heartbreaking. and i guess that underwater volcanic eruption back in 2022 rly did affect weather more than we could have expected, on top of climate change...wow. thank you to everyone working so hard to help with cleanup. thank you national guard and FEMA and Cali and Utah and first responders for all your help.
Years ago I lived in Florida and believe me surviving a tornado is unreal. I’ll never forget the sound which was so haunting and eerie.

Anyone that believes a carbon tax doesn't help the climate can believe no longer.
The idea of the carbon tax is so we put less CO2 into the atmosphere in order to reduce CO2 output. Economy does not matter if you have no planet to live on.
Not only FEMA needs funds. Architecture, Geograhers, and related sciences could also use funds to study and find ways to reduce the effects of natural disasters, 🔹️like building wide dams next to rivers, recreational walkways on top, 🔹️how to make houses more secure, like stone walls and foundations that are more protective, that rainfall water can't wash out soil underneath, 🔹️how to build roofs that a storm can't blow away that easily🔹️build dams in apropriate places to catch the rainwater, thus forming temporary lakes, and way more. In Europe there are even bridges for boats.🔸️And governmental funds supporting those studies, efforts, investments. 🇱🇷 One nation under GOD - with HIS help it could get done. Let's get started protecting lives, homes and infrastructure ...
