      Most other companies would have done the same. My coverage was denied by Liberty TWICE. I've moved to Aetna since but haven't had the chance to claim anything or apply for coverage, fortunately.

      You do realize that insurance companies control everything right? “Big Pharma” has to pay insurance companies so that the insurance companies will cover the med. Hospitals, pharmacies, clinics, etc have to pay the insurance companies just so they can be reimbursed for work. On top of this, your company pays a hefty premium to provide their workers healthcare, government pays a hefty premium, and almost all of us pay a hefty premium not including our deductibles/copays. Insurance companies control everything. Look into who owns the insurance companies.

    UHC is well known as an avaricious and mercenary cost cutter that probably cost the life of someone's relative due to refusal to cover a serious illness. The stock has gone from $30 a share to almost $700 a share since Obamacare.
