True tone is the default setting and it makes it look kind of a shade of yellow. But once you turn true tone off it’s back to white with a little bit of blue when you angle it

It’s all one piece of glass. But the apple logo is glossy and the back of the phone almost feels like its acid etched. The logo has a smooth feel to it.
