At least your courses had similar names. I once turned up at Ballyliffin bright and early ready for a round only to discover I was meant to be a Donegal Golf Club. So I missed the course by 70 miles :D
Alright Pete, I use a 460cc M1 with the same shaft as yourself, I recently tried the M2 with my own shaft fitted, I noticed very little difference, however the M2 felt better for some reason, no idea why though lol!
Pete, How much of factor do you think the shaft might be playing in all of this? Having just completed a driver fitting with many shafts but the same driver head, I could not believe the difference the shaft made in not only feel but dispersion as well. Stock shafts of the same spec might look the same but feel quite different.
So, did the M2 stay in the bag at the end? I finally bought a new driver today as well, sending my crappy little EagleGolf driver into retirement ... after a lot of consideration and back and forth and trial shots with different models I decided to go for a Cobra FlyZ. Can't wait to actually get it and take it out on the range and the course.

As a techie myself you think I would love and endorse all this coaching technology, but the truth is that the ball is your best teacher, and always will be ... I think obsessing with numbers from such tools is not a good thing, especially as someone who once wrote software for similar "precision" equipment who is well aware of their inaccuracies and idiosyncrasies. Let's face it ... who can prove the numbers are wrong or inconsistent? In contrast the ball never lies ...
I would argue the dispersion is on your strike more than the clubs.. I would like you to include the HMT strike patterns with each shot, I feel it would show more obviously..
