UE is kinda bad First of all, you lose about 50-70% of your hp when you get your UE to full power Second of all full-power UE has a big ki drain if you don't pay attention you can lose almost all of your ki like that. Third of all for some reason it doesn't have the ki attack easing ability (which doesn't make sense)
I couldn't really make it clear that the base form one was ui technique but i understand that u mistaked it for base lol it was so hard to see the particles 😅 very interesting tierlist tho and i definitlely agree with the rycon being s, all it takes is a little patience!
Hey cosmic if you didn't know enraged can stack with other technique all you have to do is use enraged first then equip and use another technique you still have the cool down for enraged but everything else is fair game

all im gonna say is from my perspective inf evo is the strongest in game form and its not debatable like its in the name infinite evolution final form isnt as strong in terms of the form itself it does have a higher starting power lvl than inf evo but at the same time inf evo can grow infinitely but lets not involve bugs into the ranking rank the forms on the ki drain multiplier that stuff and also inf evo makes your melee stats 2x stronger so in my opinion inf evo is the strongest in game form and its not debatable sorry for the long essay im still gonna drop a like though and if u dont read this it means u like men
