how to get the LoA University of Birmingham? :( i already search on it at the campus website but i dont get the application/registration online form.. i found the terms and requires but i dont get the link of online registration/aplication at the university website.. im still on my last semester on S1, and i want to know what i need to get the LoA before i apply a scholarship
