Evening folks! Lovely to see you on this fine Sunday 🙂 please give the video and like...and subscribe if you haven't already 💙
Hi Cheryl ,its not summer here yet its been chilly lol. Last week you said how much you liked the ham from sainsburys so i tried it and i must say it was vile lol x
@@susanreid9857 Aw no! 😂 we really like the Drury Lane ham (if that's the one you mean) It's been lovely and sunny here...most of the time 🙃
@@WhatsForTea yes the drury lane .Never mind i will eat it x
The caramel wafers look scummy, Cheryl, I've not heard of them before. They can be had here for $5/pkg
I’m pretty sure it’s still Saturday Cheryl 😊 Always enjoy your content regardless of day x
We are having outstanding weather here in the Willamette Valley of Oregon. And, a gorgeous sunset tonight. Question about apples: do you get Fuji apples in your area? Those are our favorites, but I know that there are so many varieties of commercially available apples in different locations. Cheers, and ATB!
I usually shop for the month but I’m buying way to much “ fill in shopping “ so I’m going to change to doing it weekly….I work at Sainsbury’s and literally 1/2 my wages seems to go back to them..!
Nice haul this week, plenty tasty bits n bobs…
Mr What’s for tea..is correct the knock off wheat-a-bix is just as good as the really expensive one!
We’re coming up to Scotland next week…excited 🏴👍🏴
Never heard of well fired rolls. Looking forward to your recipe!
I love watching your shopping videos. I long for the variety of items you buy, not found here at home. Have a lovely weekend.
Love your shopping. Here in Australia it is definitely 'broccolini' 😊
Mum used to put one of those Tunnock's Caramel Wafers into our lunchboxes as a treat when we were younger. I'm talking about the 1970s. Gosh, that makes me feel old!
Not a bad price to say you went to 4 different places for your food shop its easy when you do any shopping to get carried away but especially if you do more than 1 shop, im just like ' oh i have a look round while im here' then before you know it youve spent way more than you wanted to!! Yes Cheryl i do meal plan but i like to be flexible so i do try & gave a couple of diffetent things i could do if i dont fancy something on the plan. Those rolls & steak bakes that you're going to be making sound realky nice hope you will do a video for them
I decided to buy the Aldi weetabix and Mr What's for Tea is correct, there is absolutely no difference except the price, they are such good value in Aldi.
Love it! Love it! Love it. I’m a total grocery voyeur! I love seeing what other people are buying and using.
Me too!
No need to buy a Caesar kit you can make your own original Caesar not the junky mayo or yogurt based stuff. Just oil egg lemon and balsamic and season anyway you like with Tabasco or HP or even bold taste lovers use the originals flavour punch….anchovy !
I think I need to make a video for this Semi-Caesar. My mom made it for us often when I was young but now it’s been up to me to do it as she’s elderly.
Great shopping haul Cheryl I love Gammon but haven't had it for a while must get some with my next shop 👍😊
Great shop again Cheryl was that brocolini I saw love that veg I do macaroni cheese with broccoli great for a Friday night with soup as a starter Winter here so a bit cold
Nice weather only 113 degrees!!😢😅😂
Happy,Happy, Sunday 😅😅😅😅😅
Thanks Cheryl ❤
Lovely list can't wait to see what's for tea
Great shop Cheryl.👍
We have 2 aldis in Palm Bch County where i live . I wonder if they carry similar brands they carry in the UK . Ive been to Tescos , Morrisons and Waitrose when i visited the UK . I can honestly say the UK has the best sausages i love the Cumberlands we dont have anything that good in south fl . I also love the malted bloomer bread its so freaking delicious and sadly i can't find that in south Florida either . Not even in our British international food section at publix . I can get the heinz baked beans and smooshy peas and malteasers and hobnobs . I guess that's a start . I wish we had the beef and onion crisps here and the roysters they are delicious. I always stock up on those things to bring back home with me every time i vist the UK . 😊
Well fired roll with strawberry jam
Love watching your shopping videos Cheryl, another great selection of shopping.🛒 Those ‘well fired rolls’, look positively cremated to me 🔥😆, my late sister-in-law & one of our former employees always bought these & they loved them, great for the bakers if they have a wee timing accident!😉😂 Can’t remember when I last tasted a mince round, they’re just too big for me, but you’ve really put me in the notion for one!😋 Unbelievable that they’re just under a fiver to buy now 😳, our mothers would have a fit, doesn’t seem that long ago you could pick one up for around £2.00, or am I just showing my age again?😂 Take care & thanks for sharing as always. Xx 👩🏻🍳💞💕🩷
Hi Cheryl. Can't wait to watch your What's for Tea! Cheers.
I love seeing your grocery shopping videos. TY for sharing them. TY for all the hard work you do making them. Love Ya.
I'm Scottish and I've never heard of well fired buns.
I like to watch the shopping video and the weekly meals to see how you use them all. Thanks, Cheryl.
Hello. Thanks for the shopping trip today. Such a nice way to spend a rainy afternoon in Colorado. Thanks for sharing your time and perspective.
I too shop once a week but still go to pick up a few things halfway through the week. .39 for Ibuprofen! I can't even buy a candy bar for that.
I loved finding out about the well fired rolls! I'd never seen that done "on purpose", I've done that a time or two on accident LOL They sound yummy and most of the pages I read said to have it with bacon (I'd love it with either your style bacon or streaky bacon- thick cut and hickory smoke!) I love to schmear things with thick streaky bacon drippings.
Good afternoon Cheryl, hope your week is going well. The caramel wafers sound very intriguing. I would love to see what they look like to see if we have anything like it here in the states. Have a great week ahead.
You got me thinking I’d lost a day for a second there Cheryl it’s Saturday hun lol😂😂
Lol 😆
Love love love these videos !
Hello. Have a wonderful week ahead.
Thank you Sally...you too!
Hi Cheryl. From Canada 🇨🇦
Just again blown away by your prices. The Ibuprofen is just insane 😮. We normally pay over $10.00 Canadian dollars.
Just a quick question. Are hamburgers traditional Scottish food!
Great shopping , my late hubbie loved a thick gammon steak , he always liked his with egg not pineapple and said the pub in Hawes , Yorkshire did the best ever , and your Mr . Whats for Tea has great taste , those raspberry iced buns , lathered in butter , right up my street , tell him I'll get the kettle on , he can be mother LOL , hope dear sweet Jasper is doing well , I'm back over in Bonnie soon ,can't wait , fingers crossed for some sunny days 😊❤
Hello Cheryl,,this morning I was all set to have one thing for dinner buy the afternoon I am having something else.I get meal ideas from your grocery shopping..
Good afternoon Cheryl! I love broccolini (tender stem broccoli), but here in Maryland I pay 2.35 pounds for less than half the amount in your packet! Have a great week, and hello to Jasper!💖🐈
Cheryl your grocery haul looks amazing just like your are sweet Friend God bless you all Cathy from America 🇺🇸 🙏🏻✝️☮️🇺🇸🇺🇸🇺🇸

Thanks for sharing I like to compare prices😊
Watching a second time to see if I can spy Jasper😂
No Jasper 😢
Good morning Cheryl. Have a lovely weekend and week love.❤️ ❤❤
Evening Cheryl I hope your and the family are well my apologies for no comments but I was in hospital keep the videos up I’m under strict bed rest for while
I think Aldi is way better in The UKv The States.
Just under £70 for a family? ... Last Friday, at Aldi, buying the CHEAPEST of everything, it cost me £40 just for myself! ... My sister has a family of three, and buys the best of everything, and her shop averaged out at around the same as mine! ... I'm a savvy shopper, so how come my shops are so expensive buying cheap cr*p? 🤔
A whopping £3.89 for butter? ... My Aldi Beautifully Buttery is really nice, and just £0.95 for 500 grams. I can buy four tubs for the price of your one.
Hey Cheryl, do they overcharge you at Aldi (scan things twice, and not apply discounts and reductions), and then throw your shopping at you? And, are the checkout staff surly and rude? Or, is just Lancaster?
Does anyone eat bangers, I would die for some but alas not!!😋
We have bangers quite often ☺
We do, too!
why can't you
Last night for supper and lunch today as well!😂😂
