This is my favorite sepultura song off my favorite album of theirs. I like every song on this album though. I had this album when I was 13 about 30 years ago. It still holds up today. Back then on MTV their was a show called Headbangers ball, it would only come on late at night, I think around midnight and I'd stay up late trying to discover new bands, I'd have a pen and paper and would write the names of the songs I liked. One night the sepultura dead embryonic cells video came on and I immediately went out and bought the album as soon as I could.
Arise is a mindblowing album! Desperate cry, live in Spain in 92 is incredible!!! Love this sing!! great reaction ladies 😃 hugs and keep rocking!!!! Lots of love from 🇦🇷
One of the best things about this channel is the pure passion and true appreciation of the girls for the music and the lyrics. the "Arise" album has the most variation of riffs I have heard from any other metal band, it's the last Sepultura album I could ever remember been that good and with a tone that represented the band itself if she liked the drum work on Desperate Cry, wonder how would she react to " Manifest " wonder how would they react to Pig Destroyer, you should do a compilation of insane short tracks, from Pig Destroyer's Murder Blossom or Napalm Death's classic You Suffer, just small examples of short tracks like that ;)
Hey girls, I just subscribed. It's really fascinating to see a younger generation getting into music I was brought up with. That's awesome. I was 13 my first concert, my dad took me to see Prong and Ozzy. After that I said I'm gonna see all my favorite bands, I'm 40 something now, I'm ancient LoL. Slayer the first time seeing them I can't forget. Me, my Friend and my dad were enjoying the show, Tom Araya looks and points at us and says ( I see you back there supporting us by yourself!!!) We look around in the section we're at, and No One was standing except us, then Kerry King, and Jeff Hanneman (R.I.P.). come to the same area and we just went crazy, it was like actually jamming with the band. So cool. Sorry for the long message. I always have to tell it. Sepultura was my second concert. Check out Anthrax- in the end, Dio and Dimmbag were all good friends so if you've lost someone, I think everyone has, you could relate to it. I see you did Sacred Reich, Chrimes Against Humanity is awesome it's also on the American Way album,keep rocking 🤘😆🤘. I could go on but that's probably enough, thanks.

Glad you enjoyed Sepultura. That's the band that got me into heavy metal when I was about 13 or 14. It scared me at first because I never heard anything like it before. Funny thing is it took me almost 20 years to realize it means "grave" in Portuguese. You've listened to Sepultura and Slayer, maybe you can dip your toes into entry level extreme metal. I suggest the band Cradle of Filth song Nymphetamine
