I was born, raised, and escaped the South many years ago. It was rumored that some of my immediate relatives had been members of that group. I will not even write their name. They disgust me, especially when they talk about their Christian values. When we were little, we were taught the song, "Jesus loves the little children, all the children of the world. Red and Yellow, Black and White, we are precious in His sight. Jesus loves the little children of the world." I don't know if that song is still taught in Sunday School. It's kind of outdated in terms of colors meant to refer to Indigenous and Asian people, so maybe not. The point is we were taught that Jesus loved all of us, no matter our color. How can so-called Christians do the things they do based off of a person's color, religion, race, etc.? I quit attending church because of the hypocrasy. Thank you for your channel. It is good that you are educating us all about our true history.❤❤
For the record these people were NOT raised by true christians. True Christians love their neighbors. Not hate. They embrace justice not terrorism. They detest violence. Not perpetrate them. Amen. There's an episode of the X-Files called the Unnatural about a baseball loving alien. This alien shape shifts into a black man so he could play baseball. In Roswell in 1947, the KKK interrupt a baseball game between a negro team and another minor league team. The KKK come in on horses and the men on these two teams start knocking these KKK members off their horses by throwing balls at them.
