Hi @qdjoks , in that case, may I trouble you to bring your MUM5 to our Customer Care Centre to check? We are located at 38C Jalan Pemimpin, #01-01, Singapore 577180. Open from Mon - Fri, 8.30am - 5.30pm (Closed on Sat, Sun and PH).
This accessory is not working properly for me. I did everything according to the instructions, but the red light starts flashing. Sometimes it works though, without doing anything differently. All other accessories work fine with the MUM5.

How I am supposed to align the driving pins. They are very hard to move.
This is a horrible designed accessory. It is always a struggle to swivel the arm down and have the pins and lugs connected.
