Awwwww, thanks for mentioning me. I loved reliving the GOT meanings and even learned some new things. I totally want to start the series over. My thoughts on shipping in the heat, I always feel smaller items take a beating. If you think about it, the bigger items will take longer to get hot (loaf vs. souffle). I don’t mind buying the tubs and loaves. Soufflés are a little iffy. I’ve only had one order from another vendor that came melty. And it was smaller items. But, yours definitely took a hit.
You are totally right about the bigger sizes holding together better! I love the feedback and appreciate you 💥🦋

I’ve had wax arrive melted slightly from several vendors and I feel like I still get good performance despite that. I think it depends on how melted it is. I saw someone post a pic from a different vendor and their wax basically looked completely liquified. Now I’m sure you can pop it in the freezer and cut it up, but idk how strong that wax would be when melting it. Thanks for showing us your haul!

I love the crinkling!!! Its soothing! My loaf came a little melted. As soon as i get a wax
order in the Summer, i open up the box and stick the entire thing in a refrigerator for about 20 mins, then sit it out on the counter for an hr or so. Its so hard to not order wax in the Summer, BUT its just so damn hot here. LOL Such an amazing order Emily. I got snowcones by the Sea because of Ashley . I have already warmed some this past week. It was GORGEOUS.

Fantastic haul, Emilie! There were so many great scents in this preorder. I felt the same way about Kim’s explanations of the GOT scents! It was so fun to hear her explain the story behind the names. I have so many favorites and I’m planning to go in on the RTS. 😅

totally agree on a little effort to ensure product is received in quality condition, even in the summer. I stopped ordering for delivery in summer from TB's when she removed ice packs because I do think it made a difference for my orders. If I am remembering she TB's used to offer ice packs for $1 or something and it was cut a few years ago. As a note of feedback I received my order from you a few weeks ago in Boise, 108 degree day and everything looked great. I have not melted anything yet, can't wait to give it a try.
I love facilitating great discussions on how we can all improve! I cannot believe Boise got to 108 🥵. I am originally from Utah and it seems the whole country has gone through a heat wave. I am so grateful and happy that you received your order in great condition. I definitely wanted to try and ship items the way that I would like to receive them as a customer!
I have vaulted ceilings throughout my house also. I have AC and ceiling fans. In California and can get up to 100° in the summer. I have found that I have to supplement with candle Crocs along with regular warmers to get performance. Teddy B's works best in candle crocks or very hot warmers for me. I do let it cure for many months unless it's a tree blend and those perform very well for me right away.
Great haul!! I told myself not to go back in for the RTS but... I may. I only got a handful in the preorder and I missed so many good ones!

Hi Emily! About their shipping in the hotter months…after I posted my haul on the Facebook page showing some of the heat damage that happened to my order, Tiffany did comment back and say that they have decided from now on for the May preorder and RTS that follows they won’t be shipping on Fridays and Saturdays anymore due to issues that happened this summer, so that is good.
Your wax order to me arrived immaculate and nothing was melted. BTW I did warm the purple pillow palace the other night and it was wonderful! 😊

I’m so excited to see this. I have my coffee with me. I love how you addressed location of warmers and how homes are all different. I tend to put no more than an ounce in my warmers. It also depends on the size of the dish because I do feel one can over pour.
Your top vendors are the same as mine. I’ve come to realize those are the four I constantly gravitate towards.
I let mine cure for about 9- months to a year mostly for her bakery but honestly it’s more because I have so much wax and rather warm older wax than newer wax to keep it rotating.

Island Bakery is not one I considered but I’ll add it to my list of futures wants.
Tiffany has two different types of SPC that I’ve seen her use. She has her house blend which I prefer and the BBW dupe. Both good but if you ever see her version of SPC definitely try it.
I haven’t tried Super Tarts yet but want to. In some ways I’m glad she only offered bam sizes because it kept me from buying when I’m trying to be good. 😂
Thanks for the shout out. I love love love eggnog. It’s got to be the full on creamy kind and not the reduced fat or low fat crap. I am picky with eggnog I drink and always look for the one the Bud’s ice cream company makes every season (not ice cream just an ice cream company that makes eggnog) It’s even better spiked. 😂

I’ve not had teddy bees but in general I don’t think cold effects wax. I think as long as you let it naturally come up to room temperature it does fine. Now heat I do believe lessens the length of performance 😊

Love Snow cones by the sea, so fresh! Eggnog is an amazing drink, try it! Balsam and Blooms is so pretty! House of Dragons blew me away! I am a huge GOT fan! The milk and cookies is on the bottom of the soufflé.

Did your order come ups? I’m also in AZ and this was the worst I’ve ever received an order as far as melting goes. I think ups is way harder on the boxes and it tends to sit forever on the trucks I think. I haven’t had that experience with usps personally.
Oooh your’re so right on the price of vendor vs Scentsy. I do love scentsy performance and storage ease but vendors are soooo fun!! I adore the creativity and complexity! 😊❤🎉

Ooooh - collection video! Yes, I agree I get great performance from Teddy Bee’s. And warmer placement is so important. Just FYI: I got teary eyed when I opened my order from you. I feel like I too live on the surface of the sun. Your order came to me in absolute mint condition. You are the only vendor that I received this summer that I was able to melt solely based on desire and pour date. Every other vendor I had to prioritize also by damage. Still love those vendors too. But I would be right there with you willing to pay a “packaged for delivery to the surface of the sun” fee. 😂. I can’t speak to the cold. But the heat definitely affects performance. It doesn’t matter what vendor if the wax has been through a warming in shipping I experience a decrease in throw and intensity.

I've bought TB from destash but this was my first direct from TB order ever. I did get all souffles. 1 box 1 forget me not which I had back in 2020 or 2021. I forget now. 28 souffles because I didnt want cracked lids and also because then I could use one at a time instead of having the whole tub there. For example 2 souffles instead of a tub and one scent which I have had 3eyed Raven I got 3 souffles instead of a loaf or a souffle and a tub. I use most TB in my bedroom unless its strong enough for open concept.
It’s layered so you have to take them out to smell both sides. 😊

I have ordered from 5 venders so far. If I could only order from one of them. Teddy Bee's would be it. I find her fragrances much more complex.
Now there have been a few of her fragrances I haven't cared for, but I'm learning what I like.
I also had melted wax from TB' 's souffles and had leaking oil. Some of them were packed on their side. Her wax is so soft and I think packing on the side facilitates leaking oil. This also happens when I store my Scentsy vertically instead of horizontally. Honestly, I think I may not order from her May pre-orders due to this. It makes me sad because she only does 3 per year!
I love the scentsy warmers I have , they are beautiful. I mainly use BBW’s candle wax in them, works great with their wax. Just last year I started buying wax warmers and candle lamps, so I’m pretty new to the game, but I do find the element warmer I bought on Amazon better for vender wax in my home. I have a closed concept house,lol. My house is ranch style built in 1967, so I guess it’s really good for wax melting.
I bought from Facebook marketplace a scentsy warmer , when life gives you lemons $15. It’s a 25 watt bulb, but this one seems to get as hot as the element warmer I bought from Amazon, so I put vender wax in this one as well.
I have the “when life gives you lemons “ warmer and agree it is such a great warmer 💜
I live in Fla and was worried sick because UPS comes so late. It did come at 540 pm eastern. Only a few souffles near the side were smudgy and tins little bent.
I was lucky. I feel bad about those who had issues. I would pay extra also to protect the wax more.
