After watching this 3 times I should say Yuemi's Hongri's also gojun's Death was Really sad....

@@iml-os9gn It is because China is very big and there is many different dialects and accents. In order for people to understand it clearly they dub the shows. This also works with Taiwanese actors playing an acting role in Mainland Chinese shows.

@@MsChelle1625 I don't think she was "pretending" exactly. She resented her situation and turned up the charm to 100 to get on Shanggu's good side. That doesn't mean she was a bad person, but rather that she had determined that being nice and obedient was the best way to get what she wanted-- which was honestly just an opportunity to do well for herself. If Shanggu had also been straight with her about Feng Yan and let her know that she genuinely wanted Wu Huan to be her mount, Wu Huan might not have turned out evil because she would have known she wasn't just a temporary replacement.
@@IzzyKawaiichi nah why would Shanggu needed to explain or clarify it to Wuhan ? What matter the most is that Shanggu pick her among all the members of her clan, though they advise Shanggu to wait for Feng Yan, Wuhan still has a choices either to cultivate her power after her ascension to god and assist Shanggu managing the three realm or go back to her Clan and become a pioneer to her junior since she's qualified coz she's a Goddess. But the Supreme Glory that she had made her become more greedy and wanted to surpass the four true gods and she killed Yuemi because of her jealousy and closeness to the true gods specially to Shanggu.
@@shanggubai4095 I'm not saying Shanggu SHOULD HAVE told her the truth, I'm saying the IF SHE HAD, things might have turned out differently. Wu Huan already had an inferiority complex, but if she knew she had been recognized for herself and not just tolerated as a temporary replacement, that might have led her to be more content with her position. She didn't dislike Shanggu from the beginning-- She resented her situation in the Phoenix clan, then she resented her situation as a fill-in (she thought), and that led to her resenting Shanggu. Was she jealous? Sure, but it wasn't merely jealousy that drove her to become evil. Maybe it would have, in an alternate storyline, but that's not what happened here.

ASHES of Love looks too mediocre compared to Ancient Love Poetry 🤦♂️ yet the main female lead of the latter had still been heavily bashed in China just because they thought she didn't portray nor have the aura of being Shanggu, the Chief God 🤦♂️🤦♂️ On the other hand, Wu Huan gave justice 🤦♂️ For me everything in this drama is perfectly executed. It even surpassed my admiration on Ice Fantasy ❤️ What a shame 🤦♂️😓
